FEBRUARY din po yung intake.

December ko po na lodge yung application.

@sawadikap ako nag create ng account online then nag answer lahat ng questions dun and nag upload nung required docs. Chineck lng ng agent then after nag go signal lang sya na pwede ko na isubmit.

Tapos na po yung medical ko yesterday. Xray results po is 2-3 days daw po. Should I expect a phone interview next week?

Got my visa decision today and it was refused. So devastated. Reason is due to financial issue. My sponsor is my husband's uncle.

"You are relying on a money deposit to provide you with sufficient funds for your stay in Australia.

In considering whether you met the genuine access to funds criterion I had regard to the following circumstances:

Your relationship to the person providing the funds

The factors were used to weigh up your circumstances as a whole.

I am not satisfied that you will have access to the money you have demonstrated as I am not satisfied of the relationship between you and your sponsor. Given you and the sponsor are not closely related, I am not satisfied that the sponsor will be providing these funds to you while you are in Australia."

Please help...

@erikathy Marami akong nabalitaan na cases na ganito. I think it would help kung direct kin yung sponsor mo, someone within the immediate family. Kailangan mo lang ma prove na you have a close relationship with your sponsor I think

@erikathy pwd po cguro makalusot if you jointly include your name in the account name of the bank account of your sponsor, gnyan po kc sinabi ng agent namin

sa application ko po kc even if parents kna ang sponsor, ipinasama pdn ng agent ko yung name ksa joint account to show thay the access to funds is genuine

@MC47 hi may I know what's your course and school po? After ilang days po na allocate sa CO ung application nyo? Im still waiting pa dn po kase.

Hi survey lang pinoyau community, kung nursing grad ka sa pinas (not RN) at mag apply ka for stud visa, ano mas safe at hindi questionnable sa GTE, aged care or childcare? Thank you! 🙂

@MC47 hows ur application po? Grant na po ba sa yo? Iba kasi case natin eh. Huhu not my immediate family yung sponsor ko. Ayaw na magadvice agent ko kasi decided na sla na not to take the risk of reapplying. Nkakalungkot.
