Query on applying for Migration

Hi Guys,

Im currently working here in Singapore as Technical Support Specialist(contact center) and handing support for Internet(Fiber, Cable, Mobile data, etc), CATV connection, email, networking and other thing related to Internet and Networking.

Currently working here for almost 8 yrs now and wanted to migrate to Australia mainly because i cant bring my family here(have been applying for PR but no luck at all).

So yeah, just want to check if i have any chance of getting there? given that my Degree is BSCS Computer Science but working in a contact center for around 10+ years. No work experience as programmer or IT support, although im still knowledgeable with it.
