@batman katratransfer ko lang kasi ng company inayos nila lahat ng transfer ko. Baka pabayaran sa akin yun. Tsaka yung ESB ko sa previous company ko diko pa nakuha. Sana maayos lahat. Balak ko sabihin ang totoo sa bossing ko para naman di tayo masira sa kanila. Baka kailanganin ko and recommendation niya in the future.

maximise mo ang iyong IED para makapaghanda ka ng maige, at kahit papaano magpaalam ka man may enough time ang company mo mag prepare, mas maaga mo sabihin mas okay, sabihin mo lang na may visa ka na at anytime pwede ka na umalis at pumunta ng australia, but considering the transition, you are willing to maximise the lead time for the IED para maayos ang turnover mo...

@liam nagkamali ako sa occupation kasi nag engineering technologist ako na pro rata pala sana nag chemical engineer na ko derecho.

kaya eto waiting for invite pa din, pero okay na din d pa naman ready mga papers ni misis at baby...

Mag apply ka na ng Police clearance, jan ako nahirapan. eto yung mga list.

Character - NBI, SAUDI PCC, other countries you reside, for primary applicant and all dependents 18+ years.
Health - make arrangement for Medical clearance for all dependents and primary applicant. Create HAP ID.
Education - Diploma, TOR For primary applicant.
English - IELTS, or PTE-A whichever you took.
Spouse evidence of functional English - IELTS 4.5 / CEMI, Diploma. TOR
Employment and profession - Employment Certificates, detailed with job description. pay slips, bank statements, etc. PRC license, Saudi Council of Engineers
EA assessment result.

Identity - passport scans biodata (primary and dependents)

         - Birth Certificates (for all applicants)

         - Marriage contract

         - recent passport size picture for all applicants (not more than 3 months old)

         - other identity cards ( IQAMA or other resident cards obtained from other)               countries)  

         - Driving license (Philippines and Saudi)

FORM 80 for you and your spouse.

Important is may proof ka sa lahat ng claims mo sa points mo. Make double, triple, or more to read proof your application.

Mga bossing, mag papa consult po sana ako sa mga naka tapos na po ng EA Assessment.

Medyo na stuck po kasi ako sa EA Assessment. I'm currently building my CDR.

Pero ang tanong ko po is regarding the documents to be submitted sa assessment ng work experience. According sa Migration Skills Assessment (MSA) Booklet ng Engineers Australia (page 29), Aside sa Certificate of Employment and Letter galing sa Direct Supervisor stating my duties, kailangan daw isa sa mga ito.

Documents issued by the related government agency or any other organisation not related to your employer, such as:

Social Security/Social Insurance Report

Income Tax (Acknowledgment)/Payroll Tax report

Superfund Contribution Statement

Provident Fund Statement/Re rement contribution reports

Work permit

NOTE: Company name must be stated on each document

Alin po ba dyan ang sina submit nyo? wala nmn po kasi tayo mga tax or Superfund dito sa saudi. Ang pinka malapit na nkikita ko is Work Permit, which is our Iqama, tama po ba yun? Baka di ma recognise yun kasi Residence permit yun.

Sa mga naka pa assess po sa EA, ano po sinubmit nyo?

Hello @jan Ang ginawa ko is sinabmit ko and iqama ko with translation. Considered as work permit yon, nadun yung company and profession mo. Besides that sinubmit ko rin mga pay slips from the time na nag start ako. Pero since kulang kulang, humingi ako ng printout sa payroll namin ng "Employee account" nandun yung full information about my financial transaction ko since joining the company. And importante is ma-satisfy mo yung claim mo na number of years working as your selected profession.

@liam, Medjo magulo po kasi bayaran ng sahod namin sa companya, minsan, delayed, sweldo, minsan cash, minsan bank transfer. Walang proper system at mahirap e trace all the way back to 2012. Pag mag raise pa ng kung ano anong tanong. hehe.

Pwedi na po kaya if ang isama ko nalang is "Certificate of Employment" stamped by chamber of commerce, Plus entry Visa ko to sa Saudi, plus Translated Iqama? Sufficient na kaya yun?

@Jan hingi ka nalang ng printout ng statement of account mo jan sa company. Im sure meron yan sa payroll nyo. and pagkaalam ko kasi dapat meron kang proof of paid employment, at least 3 payslips in every year. Or pwede ka pumunta sa bank at magrequest ka ng statement of account, kahit hindi kumpleto yung months, tapos gawan mo ng letter of explanation.

@Jan_ bro, share ko lang yung experience ko, yung company namin pareho sa inyo na an gulo pag-dating sa sahuran kaya wala akong bank statements kasi cash din.. ang sinubit ko sa EA:

Work visa with Naati certified translation
Iqama with Naati certified translation
Work contract (yung pinirmahan sa agency at tatak ng POEA)
Employment cert
Reference letter
Performance Evaluation
Some of the payslips na naitabi
PDOS cert sinama ko na rin kasi nakareflect ang employer
Medical insurance card (naka indicate din ang employer)

Credited namn base sa documents na yan.. hopes this helps..

@liam, mukhang malabo po kasi na bibigyan copy ng mga payslips kasi wala saamin nun.

Try ko nlng siguro mag submit with Work Visa, Iqama, Employment Cert and Reference Letter. Try ko halungkatin kung meron pa ako mga PDOS at work contract.

Just curious, nag agency po ba kayo or sariling sikap lang lahat? hehe
