Like contract ng employer, certification from employer nang leave entitlement mo. ganun mga docs na provide ko. Although nag attached din kami ng documents ng kakilala naming from AU. Citizen na sila. and distant relative ni wife. baka may bearing din yun. Family of 4 yong application nmin. sau ba?

Quick question, na-grant po ako ng tourist visa Subclass 600 last Sept 28 2016. It says the following:

Stay For/Until: 3 Month(s)

Entries: Multiple

Last Date to Arrive: 28 September 2017

I toured last November 2016 for a week. Does that mean I'm only allowed until this February 2017 for holidays sake prior to my last trip, which was 3 mos ago? Or until Sept 28th of this year? Planning to book sana come summer time to maximize the use of visa. Thanks in advance.

@cacophony Since multiple entry ka, you're allowed 3 months PER ENTRY. Hindi ka lang puwede mg-enter sa AU after the 28th of Sept 2017.

ung son ko kasi inaapply nminng tourist visa. hiningan xa additional reqt and isubmitted last feb 16. until now assessment in progess parin visa status nya. kelan kaya maggrant?

Hello po.. bago lang po ako sa forum... ask ko lang po sana... May nkapag try napo ba sa inyo dito na while on a visitor visa.. then nag apply ng student visa?

I'm on a vistor visa po kasi andito po ko sa Melbourne ngyon... plan po namin ng tita ko iapply ako ng student visa. May nkapag sabi kc sakin na kasma daw s list of countries ang pinas n hindi pwede ma convert ang tourist visa to student habang andito s oz. Pero sinearch ko sa google wala naman ako makita n info regarding don. Sana po may makasagot ng question ko...

@turtle09 minimum ng 3 months I think ang binbigay nila. Diba sa application form, you'll choose either 3 months, 6 months, or a year..

actually depends, minsan 1 month stay lang binibigay pero i have not heard ng exact date ng declared ang binigay. pinka short na siguro ung 1 month.

follow up question lang po, narefused po kc first application ko for the reason of being unemployed kababalik ko lang kc galing ibang bansa so wala ako trabaho dito...need ko lang any suggestion na pwede ko idagdag sa mga documents ko as follows;

sari-sari store business (with business permit and mayors permit)
deed of sale (lot) with house
bank account (150k)
mutual fund investment sa bank
birth certificate of 2 kids & their school certification
statutory declaration of support ng sponsor (with bank statement)

sabi kc sa nabasa ko dito sa forum kung ano yung naging reason ng refusal yun dapat iku-comply, sa tingin ko naman po wala naman company na papayag na 3months mawawala. last question po is makakatulong ba ang itinerary plane ticket papunta sa ibang bansa naman after sana nitong australia trip?thanks in advance po sa mga sasagot.

3 months ba declared mo na stay sa Australia? Masyadong matagal. I suggest you change the intended stay in Australia then provide those documents.
