@TotoyOZresident If you plan to apply for partner visa onshore, do not sponsor your wife's tourist visa... kasi usually yung sponsored applicants nabibigyan ng no further stay condition.

Hi PinoyAu,

Tanong ko lang, yung "Must not Arrive after" date ba ng tourist visa is covered yung stay? like within the 3 months stay dapat before ng "Must not arrive date", yung TV kasi ng pinsan ko is set to expire feb 2019 and plano namin sya pabalikin for another 3 months by dec or Jan 2019. As long as she enters Au before that date she can stay for 3 months? Hope this makes sense. Thanks!

@rguez06 If I understand you correctly, you're asking if dapat bang makaalis na ang pinsan mo before the "must not arrive after" date, tama ba? Kung ganun nga, the answer is no. Say Jan 2019 sya dumating, there shouldn't be any issue kung umalis sya 3 months later, basta within the visa restrictions.

@seestra Yes, sorry medyo nahirapan akong iexplain haha, ganun kasi sa US TV Visa pero I know it doesn't mean ganun din pagAU, I just want to clear it up since I dont want her to overstay her visa and sayang pamasahe if she'd stay under 3 months. TY!

guys question, ako kasi mag apply ng TV for my parents, sister and nephew, need ko ba sila gawan ng sarisariling immiaccount or pwede kong gamitin yung immiaccount ko then yun yung gamitin ko for their application? thank you

@Hunter_08 pwede atacyung iyo, at ikaw mag apply sakanila. Pede mo din ata sila apply as group. Although di ko pa nattry, pero nababasa ko dito. Hehe

@Heprex thanks bro parang may nabasa nga din ako na ganyan na pwede ko gamitin yung immiaccount ko at apply as group gusto ko confirm kung pwede nga ba talaga...hehehee..

@Hunter_08 I just did the same for my mom, bro, sis-in-law & nephew. Nag-family reunion kami dito sa Brisbane last month. Using my immi account, isa-isa ko silang finill-upan ng application, created a group to link them & pati na rin sa visa applic ng sis ko from the US, which she applied herself using her own immi acount. Lumabas ang visa grant about 2 weeks later, magkakasunod lang within an hour or so.

Hello po!

Ask ko lang kung meron bang naka encounter ng ganito update sa Immi account nyo?

Sa case ko kase expired na ang visa ko for multiple entry noong Sept 13, 2018, nakapagbakasyon na din sa Brisbane noong last year November for two weeks. Tas ngayon nacurious nga lang ako at binuksan ko ang Immi account ko. Tas ito nga ang update.

hi! is it possible for me to extend my visa. single entry lang and 3months . due ko na po sa october 29, wala namang no further stay! salamt po sa mkaka sagot..

and if due n ung single entry ko for 3months.. how long po ang iintyn ko para makapg apply ulet ng tourist visa?? hoping na multiple entry na po ang makuha ko. salamat 😃

Hello po, need po ng help unfortunately ndi po ako pinayagan mg leave , plan ko po n mg resign s work pero babalik dn ako d2 sa pinas same company dn po pero iba trabaho, pero ung leave of absence na kaylangan s application ndi ko ma poprovide., Ano po kya maganda gawin po?

Hi. Anyone here na naglodge po ng tourist visa visitor stream last Feb 2019? Naka.receive na po bah kayo ng response from immigration? Nag.lodge po kac kami for my fiance last Feb18 pero wala pa pong updates til now.

Wow. Yung sa amin wala pang result. Gaano po bah kalaki laman ng bank account nyo if okay lang? Baka dahil dun kac di kataasan ang laman ng bank account.

@princessrhej di naman kalakihan pera sa bank account. Siguro nakatulong yung letter of invite, approved leave at mga mortgage na maiiwan sa pinas
