Hi po,

Ask lng po sana ako regarding sa visa approval. Waiting kasi kame since last June 2 pa.. Any other way po ba to follow up?

Are you independent or under an agent? If on your own, first you must know the details of your first CO contact as it reflects the email address of the GSM you can follow up to.

You have 28 days time frame upon first CO contact before doing so.

I am also waiting for our visa lodged since May 21. Our first CO contact was last May 30 (submitted other documents for family medical). Then another 2nd CO contact was last June 29 (Form 815 for our youngest son).

According to agent, we allow 1-2 months lead time for the processing from date of lodging.

Nakakainip kung iisipin pero all we can do is wait plus the fact na inabot tayo ng fiscal year nila this July.

@Fritzchie21 if you have no agent naman at within the 28 days timeframe without CO contact after all documents have been last submitted, pwede naman sila i-contact. Make sure to prepare your info para mabilis at accurate ang sagot nyo sa kanila.

@Fritzchie21 we got the same case as I have an agent too. Gigil man natin gusto mag follow up..better wait for their feedback na lang. Actually, work ethics will prevail as we hired their service to connect with our assigned CO's.

Based on my readings on their website, one can write an email formally once the 28 days timeframe had been met. You could check with your agent by reminder as they are the ones in authority to conduct such and not ourselves.

@jedh_g , question po, yung 28 days is from the date completed of medical / other documents requested by CO?

@goaldrin13 From last CO contact ang reference. May letter of correspondence kang makikita sa immiaccount mo. Whatever date mag reflect doon, you could count from there (start) the 28 days roll cycle. Make sure mabigay mo sa kanila documents they need from you.

18 June ang 1st contact ko from CO, and 28 days should be on 16 July.

However, nung 11 July lang na-complete ang lahat ng docs ko at medical.

@jedh_g may nabasa din ako, not sure kung saan ko nabasa.

it says na mag allow ng 2 months from the date of your payment.

@goaldrin13 make sure na attach mo na lahat ng hinihingi ni CO mo. Either automated voice ang sasagot sa'yo or someone form their GSM office. Ako kasi Adelaide ang CO ko. It is either GSM Brisbane or Adelaide lang naman. Make sure to be polite when you call them para good shot. Pag sinbabi nilang just wait, wag mo lang kulitin and say thanks na lang.

@goaldrin13 take my case, ako nga May 21 pa ko ng lodge ng visa. Last CO contact ko is June 29. Allow 1-2 months and if wala sila correspondence, pwede ka na mag follow up. ALL THE BEST! 🙂]

@goaldrin13 sure sana magrant na tayo lahat. I do not expect much sa dates as it is too frustrating to anticipate any given date. Isipin na lang natin, it will be GIVEN in the right reason. :!!

@jedh_g tama po. yung din ang iniisip ko, okay lang na madelay, basta grant. and ang daming dapat ayusin bago mag move sa AU. I decided to wait till next week. God bless us all!
