1) Proceed to Window 1 and tell them you want to get the form/s for NBI Clearance application.
2) Fill out the form/s and then go back to window 1 and have them take your fingerprints (this is free of charge).
3) Mail the forms to your relatives in the Philippines so they could apply for the NBI Clearance on your behalf.
4) Your relative will go to the NBI main office and will look for Ms. Julie Macalit (no need to line up sa mahabang pila).
