so we have decided na din po to make the initial step for migration sa OZ land. Will be submitting advisory service sa vetassess kc naguguluhan ako if PM or Proj builder or building associate iapply ko sa nominated skill. Eto un profile ko:

age: 25 pts

educ: bs architecture, UST 15pts?

work ex: 1.5 years Senior Designer/Project Supervisor (Interior Fit Outs)

            .5 years Designer/project supervisor (interior fit outs) 

           1 year Arch Assistant

           6 years Designer

all work ex stated obtained in Sg...im assuming 0 or 5 points lang ako sa work ex kc yun 2 years na proj supervision lang ma credit sa skills ko.

IELTS/PTE: 10 pts (passing)

option 1: if 5 points will be credited to work ex

25+15+5+10=55+5 (SS) = 60 visa 190

option 2:if 0 points

25+15+0+10=50, will need wife (arki draftsperson) to be assess as well

50+5(partner skills) + 5(SS) = 60 visa 190

or ace the IELTS/PTE hehehe

25+15+0+20=60 visa 189.

Hi po I am a newbie here. Ask lang sana ako ng advice d2. Last wk nakakuha ako ng NSW invite then nomination submitted tas now waiting for approval. Nung malaman ng employer q they wld like to offer me employment sa QLD under Visa 457. It feels like torn between 2 lovers. Though gusto ko sana yung may job offer para may work na agad pagdating dun but of kors gugustuhin ko rin na PR na agad yung status namin kaysa magstart ako ng working visa. Problema pa naman ngayon is yung timing kasi gusto nla na magjoin na ako by this coming June. I am abit confused kasi d ako sure kun ano ba dapat yung iprioritoze ko. Pwd po ba pagsabayin iapply ang visa 457 at visa 190? May transition po ba na fr work visa tas after few months maapproved na din yung Visa 190? Ur comments & advice wld be greatly appreciated

@xteen091 very rare case na now a days ang 457 Visa, just my suggestion, take that path kasi mas murang path yan towards PRship but on the negative side, need mo mag invest ng time, dahil may required years before ka makaag apply ng PR from 457->PR. as compared to 190. PR ka agad. on the negative side rin naman ng 190 you will have to undergo the long process and waiting maapprove ang 190 mo. hindi biro ang path to 190 because you have to invest alot of time rin sa pag asikaso (IELTS, documents gathering for skills assessment, and other requirements ...) at higit sa lahat. mahal ang fee for 190. up to you really what suits you. kung marami kang kaperahan, go with 190 plus agent. other wise go the 457 route. - This is just my opinion , other opinions are welcome. 🙂>-

@zapped same boat po kami. PR, bought our house here in SG... Right now sobrang hirap na kahit PR dito sa SG, lalo na lumalaki ang family. We started contemplating na mag OZ when we heard na sobrang hirap na makakuha slot sa school. I have a 3 year old son and one coming up...so isip isip. Dati ayaw pa ni misis, but now sya na yun pursigido. I started collecting CoE from my present and previous employers. pa assess muna ako sa advisory service ni Vetassess. i'm in the Interior Fit outs Design and Build Industry (2 years as Project Supervisior) previous to that (Arch Designer 7 years)..BS Arch ako. try ko pa nominate un CPM/Project Builder kahit mas maikli un experience ko sa proj management para mas madami option Visa 189 or 190.

@kaidenMVH good luck sa atin sir. kayo nga na PR na at may sariling bahay nahihirapan dito sa SG lalo na siguro sa tulad namin na pass holder at kasama di pamilya. sa pagaapply nga ng PCC nilagay ko na isa sa reason na laging rejected ang PR application kaya lilipat ng Oz.

@engineer20 oo nga sir, biruin mo, kami ni Misis almost 8 years na PR dito tapos anak namin di PR?! i mean , where's the logic? Eh ang hirap magpa aral dito if considered foreigner ang anak.We also contemplate na mag SG citizen, pro considering all the circumstances at yun success rate at bilis ng pag approve, mas maganda pa na makipagsapalaran pag apply ng Oz visa.

halos pereho pala tayo kapalaran mga kapatid, mag 10yrs na ko dito sa SG, kami lang ni mrs PR, 2-anak namin 5x na rejected, isa nasa Sec at isa sa Pri school, grabe na taas school fee. Started ko na process ng pag-aaply dyan sa OZ, sana palarin, para next year sibat na, tamang tama rin pwede na ibenta HDB namin at that time. Good Luck sa'tin lahat!

@dreamoz nagpa assess ka na ba? ano nominated skill mo? oo nga sana next year tayo naman mag popost ng visa granted at success sa job hunting sa OZ. kami 2 years pa bago ma ibenta bahay. di bale paupahan na lang muna kapag natuloy kami kaagad sa Australia hehe.
