Guys, just asking to those who are already in Melby. Nung big move nyo, how do you chose a place to stay.
Sa case naman namin, yung isang friend ko nasa South East (Monash) and he offered us to stay with them temporarily. We grabbed it.
Supposedly, mas tahimik or peaceful sa south east, and the good schools tend to be on this side din.
Just pick one from a big real estate company.

How did you reserve the place and transact nung hindi pa kau nakakarating ng melby?
But usually, you'll visit the house, inspect, if interested, get a form from the agent. Then make an offer. First time renters tend to be at a disadvantage kasi wala ka pang record but minsan, siswertehen ka rin. In our case, yung unang gusto namin, the owner decided to go with someone else... but sa 2nd offer namin, tinangap naman.
