Then ask your supervisor to sign it.

Then ask your supervisor to sign it. Kasi base sa mga documents mo. All u need the document explaining your job description. I would suggest to draft all the necessary info, like at least 5 job description, FIN no. Date of employment. Salary, working full time, then ask your supervisor to sign it on a company letter head. Hingan mo siya ng calling card, attaxhed mo sa lahat ng mga documents mo. Iras palang at payslip prove mo na ung employment mo.
