Make an appeal (Mas ok kung ilagay nyo yung address sa Singapore para dun i-mail kasi mas mabilis instead of Philippine address then scan nalang para magamit kagad)
Once approved, print nyo lang po yung para sa fingerprint specimen. (Prefer nila ay sa makapal na papel kaya dun narin kayo magpaprint outside ng Crame.
Mag pafinger print sa Pnp Crame, then pa courier po ninyo sa Spf kasama yung acknowledgement receipt na matanggap ninyo sa email. Sa 2go/fedex kami nagpadala kasi sa LBC nag-require sila ng exact name sa receiver - meron na rin malapit sa PNP Crame.
Wait for the mail or pwede rin pick-up by proxy.
