Speaking of appeal - I twice wrote email to MP's where I lived before:
First was to Inderjit Singh, he responded naman sa email ko but he said try applying in 2 years.
Second appeal email was sent to Lee Hsien Loong, yes the PM himself... I got a response a member of his secretary stating that his office will lodge an appeal in my behalf. After 2 wks, ayun ICA said, rejected pa rin despite the appeal sent by the office of the PM...
