Question po....and hindi ko alam if I'm posting on the right thread at malamang may nakapagtanong na din nito..so please be kind to me 🙂

Kaka-approve lang ng skills assessment ko last July. So next step ay State Sponsorship and my IELTS exam will be on 7 September (lapit na!hehe).

Here are my questions:

1.) Generally speaking (for a normal English-Speaking Filipino like me), is IELTS really a difficult exam? Due to my busy schedule, I am struggling to find time to start reviewing (but I will, soon).

2.) I have a history of Tuberculosis (8years ago) pero na cure na rin 8 years ago, but I still fear for the result of the Medical Exam. Mahigpit ba sila dito? Anong classing checking ang ginagawa nila? Physical Exam ba? as in yung naghuhubad?hehehe

3.) Tungkol naman dun sa Assets Declaration...For those who have reached that point at naapprove na, do they always require this? AUD45K is a huge amount and I still don't know how to come up with that amount 🙁

Sana ma approve ang State Sponsorship ko at sana makapasa rin sa IELTS..really really praying hard...

Well, mahirap ang IELTS pag di ka prepared. Makes sure familiar ka sa structure ng 4 tests which make up IELTS.

Matanong kita, why State Sponsorship ang target mo? If you have enough points, you can opt for VISA 189 which does not need State Sponsorship.

To be honest, kulang ang research ko about applying for an AU Visa..Nasabay kasi sa kasal namin...kaya ako nag immigration specialist at ang recommendation ng specialist ay state sponsorship.

@Harddrive you can check yung nominated occupation mo if nasa Schedule 1(sol) or Schedule 2 (csol). If nasa csol you will definitely need a SS like what your agent suggests.

Hi to all who may have a similar experience,

My EA assessment date have come and gone... (receipt date of June 04). Yesterday, MSA-Status was June 03. Then today, MSA status say they are assessing CDR applications recieved on June 07. Does this mean that they are assessing or are already finished with my assessment?

EA never sent me an email about my assessment. My other question is, should I just wait for my results to arrive in the mail? or should I email them and ask regarding the results?

You have no choice but to wait... kasi if you apply for an EOI, kailangan mo rin yung results diba?

I would say tapos na and konting hintay nalang, you can try calling if you want. Or email, no harm to try either.

i just booked my ielts kagabi for their nov 9th test schedule kaya eto medyo gathering my reviewers bilang paghahanda.

yun skills ko po is under CSOL 225211 ICT Account Manager and so far sa ACT lang meron opening for my skills.

may tanong po sana ako, pnaplano ko na po kasi mag pa assess sa Vetassess kaso medyo nalito ako bigla kung anong klaseng assessment po ba ang kukahain ko sa dalawa:

tama po ba na yun sa pangalawa dapat, para pede ko po isali yun points something medyo di pa ako masyado familiar sa mga terms pasensya na po hehe!

Network administrator pa ako dito sa SG, gusto ko pong mag try ng state nomination sa Adelaide(489).

May katanungan lang po ako, mag pa assess po ako sa ACS, pwede bang isubmit ang CCNA kasi nkalagay lng dun is CCNP. Pero under naman sa 263112 Network Administrator, vendodr qualifications approriate to this qualification is included and CCNA.

Last question po, may work experience ako sa pinas and I have an employment certificate pero wala ung detailed Job Description. Ang kaso, matagal ng sarado ung company. Hindi po ba count ng ACS un? Ano po pwede gawin, kung meron man, para maisali (4 years din kasi un).

I think the best way is to get one of your managers to make a testimonial for you (better if he gets it notarized.) Then make a Statutory Declaration stating the company name, company profile, that the company is closed. (does the company still exists somewhere? does it have a website? - lagay mo lahat sa Stat Dec lahat ng information na yan) Sama mo na rin Detailed JD mo sa Statutory Dec. Look for any docs pertaining to your campany like payslips, promotion letter, etc. Submit also a printed copy of any email conversation you may have with your previous boss when you request a testimonial...
