(1) Food; chicken rice, char siew/roasted pork rice, various noodles, chicken wings, etc.
(2) The convenience of going around in Singapore all in a flick of a finger via bus or MRT.
(3) The balmy weather while walking from my office in Marina Bay Financial Centre all the way to the National Museum to meet my wife para umuwi.
(4) The low tax... $$$
(5) AND MOST IMPORTANTLY; the convenience of traveling around South East Asia (and even Europe); mura kasi sobra dati...

Same rin pero para sa akin medyo opposite ang Australia at SG. Gusto ko lang mag comment sa mga points mo.

(4) Low tax vs free healthcare
(5) traveling in Asia vs exploring Australia - medyo takot pa ako mag explore pero sana aabot rin tayo dyan. At least hindi mo kayang explore in 1 month hindi tulad ng Singapore. Mga pinsan ko dito byahe dito byahe doon every weekend dito sa NSW.
Pag mas malaking bansa mas matagal yata ang breaking in period natin. Kelangan ng 6months to 1 year vs sa Singapore na after 3 months ok ka na. Pero hindi ko rin ipapalit si Australia for Singapore. Nakaka-addict rin pala ang work-life balance which is just a dream sa SG o you need extra effort to make it happen in SG.
