Moving to AU (skills-based)

Hello!

I'm a new member in this forum and nag-eexplore po ako on how to move to AU. I had an initial assessment months ago po and I am qualified based on skills. Been working as a graphic designer here in PH for 6 years.

Ask ko lang po:

How do I apply without agent
Are there still companies na pwede mag-sponsor (since skills-based sana application ko)

If it helps, my sister is a permanent resident in Canberra so plus points na siguro yun.

Any tip is appreciated.
