189/190 Invitation Holders

I will take the initiative of opening a new thread for people with 189/190 invitation holders - share your details guys (ANZSCO Code, points, date of EOI/SS submission, etc...)

Currently they have released invites for Sept 1 - from what I gather in Expat Forum, there were several 70 pointers that were invited. Almost all the people posting there are from India so I am hoping that there were invite handed out as well to people from this forum apart from @olan.

At least you are there boss! 🙂 But do they usually send out any acknowledgement letter ba? have you checked your EOI acct? Maybe they have sent the correspondence there...

@glaiza1210 - so I take it that invitations for 190 are given as and when you get an SS approval? 🙂 Congratulations, one step closer to your dreams!

@psychoboy it depends kse others waited for few week or 1 month before they got an invitation from skill select. Depende din sa dami ng applicants kse limited lang yung invitation binibigay ng DIAC sa mga states every month. So naka line up yung mga approved SS then from the date of the EOI sila nagbabase sa invitation.

@metaform, were u able to receive ur acknowledgement letter? just got ours, 5 pdfs including health examination request. kulitin mo na sila. 2 days lang natangap ko na un aken

Eh nag-email na ako sa GSM.documents noong friday at sumagot lang ng generic response which includes the following statement

<blockquote>Delays In Acknowledgement Letters

In the short term there will be a delay of up to 10 working days until an acknowledgement letter is received for e-lodged applications. You should however receive an automatic Transmission Record Number (TRN) and where applicable automatic confirmation of payment for the application.

If your current visa will expire within 10 days of lodging your application through e-lodgement, you should contact the department.

Delay of 10 working days daw e pang-11th working day ko na kaya nun. Bukas pang-13th working day (19th day since submission) ko na wala pa ring acknowledgment letter. Tampo na me. =((

@Metaform magkaiba po ba ang acknowledgement at ang email for the TRN and payment?

dati yata pareho lang un...

so pag inacknowledge ba, meaning may CO na rin agad?

@olan: kelan k nagpasa ng visa application?? nung aug28? wala pa din akong acknowledgement letter, aug26 ako nagpasa. sabi kasi dun sa website, wait daw ng 7days bago kontakin ang dept for the acknowledgement letter.

nag-email ako today asking for my acknowledgment letter and correction na din sa application ko (mali kasi ung napili kong language ability), wala pang 10 minutes sumagot sila with the generic response in RED font

@lock_code2004 pagkabayad sa application, may system-generated email which contains the TRN(na-receive ko ito) followed by a separate acknowledgment letter na may attached pdf files as mentioned by olan.

Iba pa rin yung CO notification.

So nag-email ako ulit kagabi and surprise! Same generic response. [-(

@Metaform : d naman RED font sagot sayo? sakin in RED font eh...hehe...nakukulitan na siguro ung sumasagot dun.

meron pa dung statement na ung mailbox na un para sa nag-apply before july 1 2012, eh kung ganun,,san tayo dapat mag email db?!

@nylram_1981 Pareho tayo ng na-receive teh. Parang wala pa rin namang nagkaka-CO na 190 kahit sa kabilang forum so medyo di muna ako aasa.

@nylram_1981: I see that you were rejected by NSW, do you know the reason? Sayang naman ang AUD300... 🙁

@psychoboy dahil po sa assessment sakin ng ACS na "diploma". gusto ng NSW ay "bachelor". tignan mo po ung thread na NSW State Sponsorship, nandun ang aking kwento. 🙂

Ah okey... Yeah, bachelors degree ang gusto nila na dapat comparable sa AU degree.

Oh well, at least you got SA SS! 🙂 You are more than halfway there boss!!

From the other forum - someone already got contacted by a case officer, the dude has a 190 application lodged middle of August ata... 🙂
