My 2 cents: When you get your acknowledgement from DIAC, there will be a link in your eVisa page wherein it will state "organize your health examinations" - this means pwede ka na magpa-medical.
We did our medicals before we got a CO; fortunately for us, the CO introduced himself 2 days after our health examinations.
