06 Sep 2012 = Submitted eVisa (189)

11 Sep 2012 = SkillSelect Advice: Error in EOI (Australian Study Requirement)

17 Sep 2012 = SkillSelect Email Reply: wait for the invitation to expire then update the information in EOI.

18 Sep 2012 = EOI Suspended, EOI Status LODGED; Visa Status In Progress

20 Sep 2012 = IMMI Acknowledgement of Valid Application Received (2 PDF Files)

3) Ang problem ko po kasi is about sa Error sa EOI ko. Nasagutan ko po 'YES' dapat 'NO' yung Australian Study Requirement. Wait ko sana magexpire yung EOI eh biglang na-LODGED yung Visa ko. Ano ba alternatives ko?

 a) WITHDRAW APPLICATION, marefund ko ba application fee ko?

 b) pwede ba yung Form 1023 Notification for Incorrect Answers (pero parang di kasi applicable sa EOI).

 Any suggestions po?

4) Pwede ba magdelete ng attachments sa eVisa?

5) Naka Certified True Copy ba attachments nyo? or Scan lang?

6) San nakikita Health ID no? :p

@InhinyeroAko Dahil sa Yes na yun nagka-extra 5 points ka right? Yun yung area na pwde puntiryahin ng CO, however, knowing 70 points ka naman, at nung September 15 eh lowest na na-invite eh 65 points, baka maipaliwanag mo naman na honest mistake.

As far as I know, hindi pwde mag-delete ng attachment (Kami maraming may issue sa evisa, hindi pa rin ako nakaka-upload). Pero, minor concern na to kasi ang pagkaka-alam ko, pwde mo sabihin later sa CO bakit gusto mo tanggalin yung files.

On the document, as long as colored scan, hindi ka na nila i-require na pa-certified true copy pa yung documents mo.

On the health ID, nung naka-receive ka ng invitation, dapat may Health Form dun, nakalagay dun yung ID. Ensure align yung ID # sa system nung panel clinic (kung may eHealth sila)

@InhinyeroAko: question- bakt nagbayad na kayo at nagcontinue ang visa application given that you know na may error sa mga answers nyo in the EOI?

As much as possible sana gusto ko bawiin yung sagot habang maaga at di pa ako naappointan ng CO. Nagtaka din talaga ako bakit 70 points nakuha ko nung nakapagsubmit ako ng EOI. Kaya ko lang nasagot na YES dahil sa Competency Demonstration Report ng Engineers Australia about sa Education ko ay "comparable to an Australian Bachelor Degree" and I think di lang ata ako ang nagkamali na sumagot ng YES dito. Kasi sa letter ng SkillSelect, madami daw kami na pinadalhan ng ganung notification (Yun nga lang, ako pa lang ata ang nakapagsubmit sa eVisa before the Notice?)

About sa Health ID:

Dalawang file lang laman ng email sa akin:

IMMI Visa Application Summary

tapos wala po nakasulat regarding Health ID. :confused: Ibig po bang sabihin may matatanggap pa ba akong ibang Acknowledgement?

Thanks po pero pang SkillSelect (EOI) po ata yung Assistance na yun. Wala po ba for eVisa?
Regarding sa question mo, nagbayad po ako ng visa application 6 Sept. Nainform po ako ng Error by 11 Sept and ang advise e wait lang na magexpire. Sumunod naman ako at nagantay, kaso eh biglang nasuspend yung EOI (nalodge ang visa) instead of magexpire (by Oct 31 pa dapat magexpire)

@InhinyeroAko - from what i've read, merong summary ng points at the end of EOI.. so dun makikita nyo na dapat kung tama ba ang mga sagot nyo, and from there you can easily modify it before it can be submitted.. tama po ba?

so if they advice you naman pala about the error, then they should have corrected it immediately..

anyways, hintay na lang po kayo ng case officer and explain your side clearly.. that it was an honest mistake... goodluck po...

pero hindi na nga mag-eexpire ang invitation dahil nagsubmit kana ng eVisa before that:

ang pagkakaintindi ko, from the invitation you have X number of days to complete the eVisa application, otherwise mageexpire ang invitation..

So in your case, kung tama ang intindi ko.. eh hindi na nga talaga mag-eexpire at ttutuloy na sya sa visa processing dahil you already applied for the visa.. tama po ba ang intindi ko?

Yes po may summary. Pero di ko matandaan kung meron yung division ng points so di ko sure kung mattrace ko pa kung bakit 70 points inaward sa akin dati. Yun na nga po, nagadvise na nga ang SkillSelect ng error sana kinorek na din nila. Or sana di na muna ako inapprove EOI pa lang. Ano pa sense ng EOI kung ganun?

Tama po na may limited number of days lang to complete kaya nagmadali na din ako mangumpleto ng eVisa dahil dun. Yun nga lang, after 1 week, may Notice of Error. Nyeee. Sabi po ng SkillSelect, para magexpire either magWITHDRAW ako or MADENY ako. Huhu. Hindi ko option parehas.

Chineck ko din po agad yun. Kaso di hiningi yung information about Australian Study Requirement sa eVisa.

Ang meron lang:

Completion of Studies? YES
Studied for 2 years in Regional Australia? NO

Which is same ang sagot ko EOI and eVisa. Sa EOI, lalabas lang yung Question about Regional Australia (Yes/No) kung YES ang sagot mo sa Australian Study Requirements.

well hindi pa nila machecheck validity ng claims/information mo sa EOI, kasi nga wala ka pang proof na nilalagay... that can only happen after mong mag eVisa dahil dito mo pang i-attach lahat ng documents.. tama ba?

kaya nga it's very important to check ung mga claims for EOI points..

anyway, you just have to wait for CO, I guess.. or try all ways to contact them to correct it.

@InhinyeroAko I agree kay @lock_code2004, it's all up to the CO. However, you can take comfort dun sa report ng EOI spread, you can see, napaka-kaunti ng 70 and 65 pointers. Prepare na lang to explain bakit ka nag-kamali. (Ako muntik na rin madali dyan sa EOI, nag-tataka ako bakit ako nagka-extra 5 points -- nakakalito naman talaga---, buti nahanap namin)

@InhinyeroAko Dito ako nag-email sa GSM.documents@immi.gov.au nung pina-correct ko din yung application ko. Mali kasi ako ng napiling language ability, akala ko ung 1st choice dun para sa band9, since all band7 ako, pinili ko ung 3rd option, later on nabasa ko ulit ung booklet 6. Para pala sa all band8 ang 1st choice, so dapat ung 2nd choice pinili ko.

Nag-email ako ng sep9, sumagot lng sila last week (sep19). Ayun nga pinapasagutan sakin ung form1023 at dun ko din daw i-email back sa gsm.documents. Nung ni-reply ko na yang accomplished form1023, as usual ung pulang automated email n naman reply sakin. But I guess nakakarating naman yang email sa kinakaulan kasi sumagot naman sila sakin.

Eto ung last line ng email nila sakin:

Your case officer will contact you during the processing of your application if any further information is required.

So i think its better na ipa-correct mo yan before CO allocation kasi db nagkaroon k ng extra 5 points by clicking YES to that question.

Kahit sa EOI ang mali, incorrect information on Visa Application pa din piliin ko kasi EOI naman is part of the application?

@InhinyeroAko Tama ang EIO ko, ang mali ko is ung sa visa application na mismo. Sa EOI naman kasi, isusulat mo ung score mo IELTS mo db at hindi ung english language ability (superior, proficient, competent, etc). Dun ako nalito.

EOI pa lang mali k n db? Pero db kung nag-yes k dun, may mag-eenable na mga tabs para sagutan mo? I think dapat sa skillselect support k magsabi kasi EOI related yang problem, sakin kasi sa evisa ako nagkamali ng pagpili.

Sana walang effect sa visa application mo kasi meron akong nabasa na dapat ang points na kin-claim mo EOI ay hindi magbago after visa invite or else puede kang ma-reject dahil dun.
