Delay in Visa 190 grant

does anybody have an advice on what we can do?

ANZSCO: 251311

Location: Offshore - Nigeria

PCC & Health Clearance: July 4, 2015

First CO Contact (request for more info): August 2015

Requested documents provided: August 2015

Integrity Unit Contact: September, 2015

Face to Face Interview: October 7, 2015

Second CO Contact (request for more information): May 31, 2016

Requested documents provided: June 7, 2016

Up till now, no contact, no information.

Has anybody gone through a similar situation? What can I do? Do I call the office send a mail to the CO who contacted us on May 31, 2016?

call them, 3 months after the date u provided all docs.

@Sijfal are you filipino? dibp has some visa processing standards for every person depending on his nationality.

@mimic ang risk category ay nakadepende sa nationality. ang aplikante na galing sa mga bansang tulad ng pakistan, iraq, iran atbp. ay madalas na hinihingan ng maraming dokumento patungkol sa kalusugan at karakter.

Magkalevel ba pinas and yung India and surrounding countrit's? Mukhang mahigpit DIBP sa kanila eh dami external secunity and employment checks sa kanila. Pansin ko sa pinoy di guano.
