After mag fill up ng form for loding then last page un "Submit Now", next is payment? then dun pa lang ba makikita un link for health declaration? para makapag generate ng HAP ID?

@markusandlucas hello po, nagstart na ko magfill up pero di ko pa tapos, what I did was nag log in ako sa immiaccount tapos new application then Health > tapos ayun mag fill up ka ulit ng details mo.

Sa mga nakagawa na po, please guide us... 🙂

@ms.dee_celestiel sakin pag click ko ng apply visa sa skill select automatic nag open un immi account ko, meron na kasi ko since nag apply ako tourist last time. Tapos un na fill up ko lahat ng fields pero di ko makita health declaration.

ikaw may HAP ID ka na?

@mpatrice26 pwede mo gamitin yung acknowledgement letter na marereceive mo upon lodging sa pag apply ng e-appeal for SG police clearance.

a. Yung mga docs po na uupload pde iupload multiple times in different category tama? Like yung passport both inupload sa Birth/Age and Travel Docs na category?

b. Mandatory po ba to upload Evidence of Custody? Ano po usually inuppload nyo dito?

c. Under Evidence of health, is there a need to upload anything here? Parang may nabasa po kc ako yung sa medical, sila na ang magforward ng results.

d. Under Character po, Meron po Doc Type na Overseas Police Clearance - National and Overseas Police Clearance - State/Local... san nyo po tinag na doc type ang NBI and SG Police clearance dito?

a. Tama po ba iclick lang ang View Health assesment and answer the medical history and click submit? After that po ano next procedure? Jan ba makikita yung HAPID?

Paano po kayo nagpaappointment ng medical here in SG? Call lang ganyan?

And lastly, How long po ba bago macontact ng CO from the date the docs are submitted? Ngayon ko palang po kc iprocess yung NBI so baka next week pa sha maready.

@J.Co after submission balik ka dun sa view healt assessment then meron ka makikita sa right side na organize health examinations, after nun mapiprint out na un referral letter with HAP ID
