@jakeonline sa nabasa ko sa forum, okay lang naman kahit less than 2 yrs. magsasubmit ka lang ng change of circumstance na form kapag nagpalit ka ng passport while processing visa application mo or kahit visa granted ka na. Pero suggestion ko is magrenew ka na ng passport. Nung nainvite ko, lumang passport ko p ang nakalagay sa EOI ko, tapos nakahabol ung bago kong passport kaya nung naglodge ako ng visa application, yung bago ko nang passport ang ginamit ko.

thanks @chelle and @vylette ! considering pa lalo kelan ako pa-renew. for one ayoko lang umabot sa di pa makapag lodge ng visa application within the 60days because of not being able to renew my passport. i read a case naman na nag pa renew na sila after ma-visa grant. that happened early this year so unless may changes recently, that's a comforting and possible option.

@jakeonline Ito mismo yung nakasulat sa online form sa immiaccount: "It is strongly recommended that the passport be valid for at least six months."

Don't worry about it bro..

another question uli, again please let me know if this is not the correct thread to ask this!

i'm looking at the document checklist -

and I'm wondering if there is any other employment-related document I have to submit along the way, say, during lodging ng visa. when I submitted to my assessing body (ACS), I produced a COE. is there any other document needed or would that suffice?

I've read others preparing ITR and payslip. Is this something everyone of us will have to produce?

@jakeonline CO sometimes asks for proof of remuneration i.e payslips, employment contract, ITR, SSS

Hi! Questions regarding Form 80:

Sa Part G, ano ibig nung supervisor details? Ano nilalagay dito?
Sa Part H no. 22, migration ba nilalagay nyo? ano naman ung lalagay sa relevant dates or events?
Sa Part I no 31, required ba na may ilagay dito? Or pwede na i-leave as blank?

@StarJhan @aug88 I think mas mabuti na mka login ka sa EOI mo to lodge the visa kasi sa loob ng EOI mu my button na 'Apply this Visa' tapos elilink sa immi account pag, from there you need to sign up pagwala ka pa account and then create a new application. It's better na si agent nalang ggawa for you para di mgconflict.

@mehawk28 hi sa 190 depende sa state meron nanghihingi ng proof of funds yung iba naman declaration of funds lang. Sa 189 hindi ako sure.
