Sa tingin ko na tama lang ang sagot nyong "No" kasi hindi nagfo-fall sa either clause yung circumstance ng CS.

lodge visa - pay fee
generate hap id - get medical exam | get nbi clearance
"frontload" docs
CO assigned and requests more docs
receive visa grant
ano ginagawa before lodge visa? or magbabayad ka lang talaga?
get medical exam ... pwede na ba gawin to even before getring ITA? although lapit naman na sept 28 invitation round.
kelan earliest dumadating ITA? 28 impuntoo sa au? which is now 2 hours ahead.
nbi clearance pwede na kunin anytime?
yung mga mabilis ang visa grant, dahil ba inupload nyo lahat ng posibleng hingiin na docs? na hindi na kayo nicontact ng CO?

@jakeonline ito ung sequence ko:

submit eoi
receive ITA
create immiaccount and generate HAP ID for medical, get NBI clearance
wait for medical clearance
(once medically cleared) lodge visa + payment
upload documents (including NBI clearance pag na-claim mo na)

Sa questions:

Fill up ka ng electronic form. once matapos mo na, saka ka magbabayad. Parang EOI din.
pwede mag medical before ITA. kaso baka mapa-aga ang IED mo.
Kung September 28 AEST ang next round, makaka receive ka na ng email on September 27, 2200 hours PH time.
Pwede ka kumuha NBI bago ka pa magka ITA. Again, makaka affect to sa IED mo kasi 1 year validity lang to parang medical clearance
Oo, pag frontload mas ok.. ung iba 5 days or 10 days lang may grant na.

@ynnozki wala.po yata appointment da PH Embassy for finger printing..in our case diretso na kami sa PH embassy, kumuha ng form then proceed immediately sa Outram park cantonment

NBI clearance issue date = 17-August-2016
Medicals cleared on = 24-August-2016
Singapore clearance issue date = 1-September-2016

Ang naging IED ko is 24-August-2017.

@ThePhisix pwede po. Gawa ka lang ng immi account pagka receive mo ng ITA.

fill-up details in immi account, with information almost same with EOI but more extensive. sorry cant elaborate further basta madali lang naman sagutan kasi may guide/help tips dyan.

i wont suggest having medical check prior to invitation. see my reply in #4.

I’m not sure what you’re referring to, pero oo ahead ng 2 hours si Australia sa Philippines. So approximately between 10:05 to 11ish PM PH time makakareceive ng ITA. That is kung DIY ka. Kung may agent ka, baka sa umaga mo na malalaman kung nainvite ka or hindi pa.
nbi clearance pwede na kunin anytime?
yes, diskarte mo naman kung kailan. may 1 yr validity naman ito. pero tandaan mo lang na NBI clearance application date at Health Check date ang basis ng IED, whichever is earlier. So kung matatagalan ka pa mainvite, tapos may NBI ka na, magiging masyado maikli ang notice period for you IED.

Frontloading all documents really helps though.

@louietheresa Hello, yes po pati dependents...ito po sabi sa Form 80 "This form is to be completed in English by applicants who are 16 years of age or over, as requested by the office processing the application"

Form 1221 "This is a supplementary form required to support your visa application and is to be completed by all applicants who are18 years of age or over."
