Kakatpos ko lng mag fill-up nung Health declaration na 9 pages and clicked Submit Application.

Then ang lumabas n sunod is:

No, po pala sagot ko dito kasi papa medical pa lang ako sa monday sana.

I saw "View Health Assessment" tpos meron dun "Organise health examinations." na link.

Nagopen sa new window ung Record medical history/Emedical na meron HAP ID kapag ni click ko ung Print medical History.

Need ko ba fillupan to then submit saka ko pprint ung form with HAP ID or no need to submit?

Ang content nya is something like:

@rich88 Ganun n nga ang mangyayari sakit sa bulsa n naman 1000 AUD kc ang assessment sa TRA e. Pero ok lng naman na pasa ko na ang SS ko sa SA while waiting for the new assessment ng TRA dba?

@jowin14 Hindi advisable na mag submit ka na ng SS sa SA habang ongoing ang TRA assessment. Dapat pag magsubmit ka ng SS, ok na lahat ng claims mo. Baka magkaissue ka pa once i-review ng CO yung visa application mo futher down the road.

Assessment date should not be later than the date of invite. Grounds for visa refusal yan as far as I know.

@rich88 ang iniisip ko kc baka mamaya mag close n ung State e d pa nadating ung Assessment ko. bale ung unang assessment ko nmn is still valid and nung inask ko ung SA kng need ko pa mag lodge ng skill assessment for the current employer ang sabi naman nila nde n raw need, so prang additional docs lang ung sumunod n assessment for visa application?

@jowin14 Up to you po. Gaano ba katagal lumabas result ng TRA assessment? Gaano ba katagal lumabas result ng SA approval? Hindi rin ako sure sa patakaran ng SA, pero once na ma-approve ng SA ang application mo tapos hindi pa tapos lumalabas ang TRA assessment, baka dun magkaproblema kasi yung EOI mo automatic mag che-change from "Submitted" to "Invited."

Ang key lang is dapat yung assessment date is not later than the date of invite. Playing safe lang ako kasi hindi biro yung halaga ng visa application fee..

Ako dami pang kulang. Currently preparing my docs for the visa application pa. Still pending evidences of de facto relationship, partner's CEMI, our Medical Exams and COC from SG for me and my partner kasi we used to work there 2yrs ago. Wait pa namin approval ng eAppeal. Hoping to receive it soon. I'm planning to frontload all docs once complete para prepared na lahat before CO allocation. Hopefully it'll work out.

@periwinkle I feel you sa defacto evidences!!! sobrang hirap pala.. most our photos ay nasa FB. now torn ako if ipapaprint ko pa, gawan ng parang scrapbook or collage or basta ung sama sama para pag scan isang pasada na. or just screenshot ung mga fb post para may date ng inupload sya at sino sino mga nakatag sa photos. ang hirap. kaya paisa isa muna ggwin namin. mag papa medical muna kami sa monday. tapos ok na naman nbi. the rest ng docs ok na naman.. so ung statutory/affidavit na lang at mga evidences.. though evidence sya nung mag gf/bf kami. not sure paano maproof na defacto ung photos.. aside sa joint account na wala pa masyado laman.?? may iba pa ba pwede?

@jowin14 my 2 cents.. kung related naman talaga sa nominated occupation mo yung work mo after your skill assessment with TRA, ok lang na iclaim mo ito sa EOI mo without having it assessed by TRA. may mga cases ng skill assessment with other bodies like EA or VETASSESS na di pinaassess yung employments but were able to claim and approved by DIBP.

btw, pwede malaman kung ano NOC mo?

@MayoMay Yung sa akin, kinuha ko lang sa FB lahat, tapos screenshot, tapos paste sa MS Word. Bawat photo may caption, date, at ano yung story/background behind that photo.

Ito yung mga inupload ko as evidences:

marriage license (engaged na kami at ikakasal na)
FB photos since naging kami (Gumawa ako ng compilation lang gamit MS word. Nothing fancy)
Lease agreement sa tinitirahan naming apartment
joint account statements dito sa SG at sa Pinas.
joint loan approval nung nag loan kami para sa condo sa Pinas.
Title ng condo na nakapangalan sa amin.
FB photos ng event group na ginawa namin for our wedding.
Letters na naka-address sa bahay namin to proove na same kami ng billing address.

By the way, i am still puzzled if need pa ng mga non-migrating family members ko like my 2 brothers and my father to have their medical.Napansin ko nalang na doon po sa immiaccount ko meron po ang names nila asking for character and health assessment though hindi pa po na-assign sa CO ang application ko.

@nadolrac dineclare mo ba sila as "dependent but non-migrating" (father and 2 brothers)? if hindi, not required na yung NBI clearance at medical. May mga kapatid rin ako na dineclare ko sa Form 80 rin at d naman sila nirequire ng NBI at medical.

@rich88 bale kc ang SS is 6-7 weeks ang TRA Assessment is 60 working days. Pwde lang daw i expedite ang assessment if can provide a letter from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection and/or a State/Territory authority responsible for State Migration sponsorship confirming:

approval of a ‘nominated position’,

that the applicant is the nominee for that position, and

the expiry date for that offer.

@engineer20 uu related naman tlga Customer support parin ang current ko now e. Iniisip ko kc kng intayin ko pa ung TRA assessment ko na bago mag sarado na ang SS. Kc ung Dati ko naman na TRA assessment is valid p naman till next year. So bale kapag sa visa application ang balak ko i upload ko nlng ung bagong assessment containing the current work ko.. Ano po yung NOC?

@jowin14 Ahh.. mejo dikit sila in terms of result outcome. Medyo risky nga.. D ko rin alam gagawin in your positiion. Baka pwede rin talaga yung sinasabi ni @engineer20 na hindi na need pa-assess. Better ask other forumers here na nagpa assess sa TRA to give you more clarity.

May mga nababasa kasi ako na nirereject yung visa application pag yung assessment date is later than the invite din. Ingat na lang din dun sir.

@sethkgx pg e click mo yung 'view health assessment' may lalabas na mga questions regarding history, tick mo lng 'yes or no' den prang submit ata taps lalabas na ung referral id & hap id..dun mo mkikita kng ano mga test na kukunin sayo..print & dalhin mo yun sa clinic..
