Refused but approved on 2nd application

Mabait po bang CO po ito? Or marami po siyang nirerefuse?

@hello1029 you didn't mentioned it. Well something went wrong on your app. Just try to ask the immigration or if you have an agent let her appeal. So unusual to heard that. Straightaway the CO will give her reasons of refusal. Give it a shot!

@c_l_v_r she did and I was planning to send my second application next month but then they emailed me this. If there were irregularities, does it mean may mali sa reasons for refusal nila?

hi @c_l_v_r , narefuse po dependent visa ko as dependent.. and planning to apply as tourist visa.. may chance kaya yung visa kahit na may refusal before?? and plan kasi namin since student palang si husband, and magsponsor and invite sakin eh yung bro-in-law ko.. since dalawa naman sila PR na..

Hi @cookie03 stick to the dependent visa. Kasi ganyan din ang sinabi ng agent ko. Try to discuss it to your agent if you have. What are the possible options. Look for the longer benefits of it. Good luck

Hello guys, regarding po sa showmoney, ung kapatid ko kc ang mag sponsor saken, kulang kc ung nsa bank statement nya so plan namin is mag personal loan dito sa pinas then transfer sa bank nya sa new zealand, considered ba un as bank deposit or loan na? Kc prang nabasa ko na for showmoney pag bamk deposts dapt at least 3 months na un sa account mo then pag loadn naman no need na for the 3months. Sana po may maka advised. Thank you 🙂

@holahappymaria di ko kasi nalagay details na bait aka babalik pinas, and ung dependent ko nid ko binangit sa gâte. then bait daw magaaral pa ko sa oz ng course na un kung offered saman daw sya domestically

Hi guys, I'd like to share a good news. After my 2nd attempt to apply a student visa in Australia, aprroved na sa wakas!. first application was denied due to gte. to those who already have a visa refusal. don't lose hope. try pa ulet. mas galingan lng ang SOP. alos, my agent in the second application really helped and pushed me to have a good SOP.

VISA GRANT NA PO AKO!!! GOD IS GOOD!! IN HIS PERFECT TIME TALAGA. ANSWERED PRAYERS!!!

Very rare case po yung akin.

Timeline:

February 11, 2017 - lodged application thru immi account (IDP manila helped)

February 11, 2017 - Acknowledgement of application received

March 16, 2017 - REFUSED due to GTE

End of March until April I looked for an agency that can help me apply again for another visa. I talked to 4 agencies (AUG, AMS, FORTRUST, and KOKOS) I opted for KOKOS. They were VERY knowledgeable of what to do with regards to my case. SIR MJ IS THE BEST.

April 21, 2017 - I got a letter from immigration saying that there may have been irregularities on the decision made on my application. We should wait for further information regarding the matter (SAME APPLICATION THAT WAS REFUSED MARCH 16, 2017)

May 9, 2017 - Immigration asked for more information. Updated COE and OSHC.

May 16, 2017 - Attached COE and OSHC to immi account and also emailed immigration officer that sent us the request for more information.

TODAY MARCH 17, 2017 I GOT MY VISA GRANT!!!

Mga nag aapply po with refusal, marami pa pong paraan! Hanap lang talaga makakatulong sa case niyo dahil case to case basis din talaga. Tapos research! I have heaps of folders na research ko sa case ko. PRAY TO GOD and everything will be okay. TRUST IN HIM!

Same here got my visa refused due to GTE. Now im looking for an agent who can help me to my next application. Also planning to change course. Any tips, ideas in how to improve my GTE?
