Refused but approved on 2nd application

@erikathy Hi po I have seen your post and sorry about the visa refusal. Anyway, as far as I am concerned medyo mahirap na po talaga esp now if magreapply ka pa with a refusal since most of the schools di na sila nagbibigay ng offer if meron na previous refusal. But if finances, and first refusal, may chance pa kasi yung friend ko before narefuse na siya (VET) then reapplied bec of finances, naapprove naman with a different agent 🙂

Hi, newbiew here. First time to visit since my Visa refused last Jan2017.

Reason: not convinced that we are in a defacto relationship (lack evidence)

We decide to get married after visa was refused pero naka plan na talaga magpakasal before the lodgement need lang namin maghanap ng schedule sa city hall kasi nga its a civil wedding. Medyo complicated yung samin.Nandun na ngayon si wife, kasi start na school niya (student visa)

Now I'm planning to relaunch my visa ( subsequent student visa) and self sponsored ang funding.. Do you think I still need to get an agent to help my application? wala kasi ako masyado contacts with agents.

@zdro09 hi po, so sorry to hear about your visa refusal. but may I suggest that you work with an agent to better understand the necessary documents na need mo po isubmit pa for another application. kasi even schools kapag nagdirect ka po, they will advise na magAgent lalo if may refusal na bec need ma less yung risk po 🙂

@zdro09 I am not sure po if may thread dito about the agents but I made a discussion about my current agent. So far pareho lang din po ng mga replies from other applicants, and that's KOKOS International. Accdg to one student, if you confirm with the embassy too, mataas yung approval rate ni KOKOS kaya mas assured naman ako magcommunicate with them 🙂 sobrang promote lang din ako sa kanila bec a few of my friends approved sila under them and madali sila kausapin talaga if meron ka mga special concerns about your application 🙂 good experiences with quality service naman sila so far 🙂 hope this helps!

@Oslek Hi po! ask ko lang, kapag nakapag provide na ako ng bank certificates and statements under my name okay na ba yun sa CO? or nanghihingi pa talaga sila ng ITR ko at pay slips to prove na i can earn that money? If so, tumatawag pa kaya sila sa employer and banks to verify the authenticity of the documents provided? Maraming salamat po sa sagot!

@kimberly sayo naka name account pala wala ka ba sponsor? Yes they verify for integrity check lahat ng document. Hihingan ka tlga ng itr n payslip pag ganun. If me sponsor ka si sponsor hihingan nla.

my plan kasi is to borrow money and put it in my name for 3 mons and give them bank certificates and statements they need. I've read kasi na may gumawa na ng ganun. However, I also read na there are times na nanghihingi pa talaga sila ng ITR and payslips to prove I can earn that amount of money. Eh pag ganun hindi sya tally sa aking supporting documents. 🙁

Hi pwede po ba ako makahingi ng direct email address sa agent ng kokos? Tinry po namin mag email based on the website pero almost a week na wala pa rin reply. Thanks po.

Meron bang case dito na gte ang reason for refusal then nagreaaply and na grant? Gte ang reason ng denial skin..

@Acuna meron ako nababasa ganyan case dito na na approved naman sa re application ng visa kaht gte yung previous reason of refusal. Nahihirpan lang cla sa school pagkuha.

@Duterte29 pahelp naman po ako. Nadeny ako sa student visa and tourist ko kasi sa show money. Then gusto namin mag apply ni hubby ngayon sya naman primary. Makaka apekto ba yun sa application namin?

Hi Guys... share ko lang ang KOKOS di daw sila nag reapply for student if with refusal. May nakausap po ako dito sa forum na may mga refusal sila before at naaprove naman from FORTRUST. Few of my friends are from FORTRUST lahat sila positive naman ang result. Medyo naniniguro lang ako.
