Tourist Visa application with 350k on the Bank - Denied! any suggestions please?

I applied for a tourist visa, sa sarili kong bank account i have 50k, then me and my mom has a joint account which is 300k, my husband is in australia, pero ang visa nia is dependent, and hnd kmi kasal, we still try our luck, gumawa dn sya invitation letter, ngpasa dn ako ng payslips, remittance, wala akong work dto sa pinas, at the end, denied ang visa ko, what could be the problem? Any suggestions po, salamat and Godbless! 🙂

@ysobel : wala po ba silang sinabing kahit anung reason or clue as to why they decided to deny your visa application?

I also indicate on my application that i have kids, akala ko maaprove ako kasi babalik nman tlga ko, 🙁

if i may ask, ano yung exact visa ni partner mo? kung PR visa sya pwede na sayo yung Partner Visa. pwede yun kahit na hindi kayo kasal.

Guess ko lang kasi wala kang babalikan na work. Noon pag under 34 ang babae mas mahigpit sila, specially kung single.

Baka tingin nila di ka babalik kasi nandun husband mo. Marami na kasing cases na pumapasok as tourist then apply nang partner visa.

Unfair nga kasi yung mga nag-aapply nang bridging visa pinapayagan, pero yung mga genuine na tulad mo pinagdududahan. Such is life!

If you have employment cert or business makakatulong, and also kung naka-enroll kids mo sa schools dito.

Apply ka na lang as off-shore partner, mas siguradong route yon.

provisional visa subclass 309 visa ng husband ko, dependent child lang sya, sabi after 2yrs mapPR dw, sabi ha, i just really want to visit lang, yes my older kid is studying, @tita_vech correct ka napaka unfair nga kung kyln ngsasabi k ng totoo, ayw nla maniwala, my only business here is a sari sari store, i passed DTI and certificates, pero alm ko d enough ang tindahan, akala ko bsta malaki pera sa bank maaaprove d rin pla, 🙁

@ysobel - I hope your husband knows na yung 2 year wait starts on the day na na-acknowledge yung 309 application. So even if waiting for CO or under processing yung 309, tumatakbo na agad yung 2 taon. They have to follow-up sa DIAC 2 months before to due date para ma process agad at hindi na ma-extend ang paghihintay nyo.

Pag mag-try ka nang TV ulit may record ka na sa embassy so chances are ma-deny na naman.

Pwedeng mag ask nang help sa office nang local MP (Member of the Parliament), minsan nakakatulong sila, pero madalas hindi rin.

This is sad. Yung friend ko pa naman nag apply ng TV kaso di pa nakita result kasi kakadating nya from the province. Hinihintay nya pa ulit air21. Sis, how many days yung processing before you got the notice? Di pa ba enough reason yung mga anak mo na bumalik ka dito? My, this is crazy. Anung proof ba dapat?

Why don't you use migration agent. Baka may iba silang pathway for you.

May cover letter ka ba sis or intent letter na kasama sa naifile mo? Sabi kasi dun sa ibang forum na nababasa ko nakakatulong din daw yun kasi nakastate talaga ang intention mo.

@tita_vech ganun po b un? kylngan po b magstay dun for 2yrs? kasi umuwi sya dto agd for vacation, pero andun n sya ulit, pano po b un? @Yukishi i think 2weeks ako naghntay nun, pakingshit denied dn pla hehehe, @nylram_1981 any suggestion po na migration agent, super clueless po ako. 🙁

@ysobel sis wala rin me personally experience with migration agent and i can't recommend one. pero i have known several people na may mahirap na case (like yours) ang nakakakuha ng visa using migration agents. google ka na lng cguro sis. alam ko merong mga migration agents na base dito sa pinas, usually makati offices.

@ysobel ano mga nasubmit mo na documents? Try mo ulit. Meron sa ibang forum 98% granted ng visa tapos halos lahat unemployed, sis. Hwag ka mawalan ng pag asa, sis. Baka may kulang ka lang na documents na nasubmit to support your application. Nakakainspire dun sis. Baka mapagalitan kasi ako dito if ipost ko ang website. Puro personal experiences ng mga applicants andun. Meron pa nga pati anak nabigyan ng visa.

@ysobel - Hindi sila required mag stay sa Oz for 2 years para ma-grant nang PR, basta dapat on-going lang yung relationship nang principal applicant sa sponsor - kahit long distance pa. Calculate mo, malamang in less that 1 year PR na hubby mo.

@ysobel samahan mo ng employment contract, payslips, bank statement nya, itr nya, sat declaration aside sa invitation na he can support your stay sa au, cover letter,license nya if meron, passport biopage nya. Sis, bat di na lang si mama nya mag invite syo?
