ask lang kung ang main applicant is required to fill out the forms 80 and 1221? or usually the form 80 lang po? thanks

@gurl_wanderer ako po ginawa ko lng ay nag frontload ng form 80 alhough nakalagay sa immiaccount recommended is form 1221. depende kasi sa CO daw un.

@gurl_wanderer Hello, I filled out Form 80 for both me and my hubby, Form 1221, only for hubby. I am the main applicant. Yung Form 80 was requested by CO. Yung Form 1221 is nakalist dun sa iaatach na documents online.

Question po! For Question #14: "Do you currently have, or have you ever had, any <b class="Bold">national identity documents or numbers</b>", considered po ba yung Unified Multi-Purpose ID natin? The one issued for SSS? Or did you guys leave this blank na lang? Thank you!

@czaaaps national identity documents could be government issued IDs like sss pag.ibig postal driver's license, pwede din birthcertificate, passport, etc. Just my 2 cents. Let's hear from others who have visa grant already if tama ba ako.^^

TIA sa mga sasagot po. Fill out kami ng form for Hubby. Ano po ba ang sagot sa mga following question. We plan to stay in Australia for good or till retirement age so we don't really know how to answer this question.

obtained once you depart Australia

44 Are there any other details you would like taken into consideration? - Ano po sagot dito, like may circumstances kami need na ipaalam sa Immigration?
