Hep B test for skilled migrants

Hello,

I am confused with the medical requirements for skilled immigrants. Some says they require everyone to undergo hep b screening whilst others say hep b screening is for those who intend to work in the medical field only.

I am a hep b positive applicant and an accountant, do they really require hep b screening for my profession?

Yung husband ko, may hep b and c screening kasi medical field. Kami naman ng mga anak namin, wala.

1.0 Nagdeclare ka ba during medical?

2.0 May additional laboratory tests ka ba na na-upload sa health references mo?

3.0 Did your CO required you for additional test in case na nag declare ka as hepa b positive?

yep, i called nationwide davao before ako pumunta dun and i told them i have it pero ang sabi lng nila no need to bring kahit anong docs re: hepa ko kasi hindi sila mg.add ng tests na hindi hinihingi sa type of visa
wala kasi ayaw din tanggapin ng clinic

@Nat yep2 hindi kasama sa test. yung blood test is solely for HIV

@hopeful_mea , thanks for the info. Hope that maging positive din ang magiging result para sakin. But for the meantime, I'm praying na makakuha ako ng invitation.. 🙂 By the way just to clarify, when you say na nagdeclare ka na meron kang hepa B, was that declaration documented or you just mentioned it sa clinic kung san ka nagpamedical?

@jhun2384 , may I know how did you approach yung sa medical mo sa bgc... did you requested for same medical tests for australian visa? Can you still use this medical result of yours for the visa since you have done it prior the visa application or you will need to undergo another set of medical test again? thanks... magkano pala inabot sa medical fee?

there's only one medical process for the visa application. create a Hap Id and bring it to your clinic of choice.Just tell them your "country'. They would know what to do. The result will be forwarded by st lukes to au immigration for assessment. you can have your medical before visa lodgement. just upload your emedical/hap id when you lodge na your visa. P 6,600 cost ng medical.
