HELP! COE & PCC to be obtain from other country!

Hello po!

My husband worked in China for 2.5yrs (2005-2007) and we have difficulty in getting his certificate of employment and police clearance certificate. His ex colleague said that if the expat left China for 5yrs his record will be deleted from the system.

Did you guys encounter case like this? Pls help po. Do we have other option?

Btw, his ex colleague is already in Australia (subclass 489) and did not declare his China experience.

For COE the coe case ive read some went thru statutatory declaration. You can try reading on other thread what others did. 🙂

Ang magiging problema na naman namin po is yung police clearance. We are planning not to declare his china experience since 2007 pa un (about 9yrs na) kasi dun sa points system at least you have Worked for at least 8 years of the last 10 years, since 9 yrs ago na ang china experience nya di nalang namin declare though may gap for 2.5 yrs kasi may mga previous job pa sya.

Di po Ba makakaapekto sa assessment yun?
