We are young couple with 1 toddler and have a spare room for rent in an apartment for $140/week including internet connection, water, electricity, TFC except food. Free use of appliances like fridge, washing machine, stuffs for cooking, etc.
Our place is about 2-minute walk to station and near to the bus stop - very convenient to public transport and close to the city too. It is also close to asian restaurants and groceries with cheaper prices compared with the other suburbs, note also that the place is quiet.
