@greenapple Hello. Actually ang ginawa ko lang talaga is pumunta dun sa school and I told them na I need my TOR and an evidence of pharmacology subject (2 different documents) mailed to AHPRA. I gave them the address and sila na mismo nag arrange ng DHL. If hindi to pwede sa school nyo, you can arrange it yourself. Claim mo lang yung TOR and pharmacology, make sure na its sealed. Send them to AHPRA with the return address of your school.
Yung CHED kasi, naisip ko lang nun. Kahit ano pang ipadala from CHEd, kahit anong mangyari, hindi pa din naten masasatisfy yung criteria 2, 3, 6 and 8 which are as follows:
eto yung actual na nakasulat sa letter of eligibility ko or refusal letter as some call it.
Criterion 2: Evidence that the institution where the applicant studied was externally accredited during the period when the applicant undertook their studies.
Criterion 3: Evidence that the program of was externally accredited and provided successful graduates with a qualification in nursing.
For the Bachelor of Science in Nursing, you did not provide the required evidence, or the evidence you provided was insufficient and therefore did not meet the following criteria:
Criterion 6: Evidence that the curriculum of the program of study focused on the various aspects of nursing practice.
Criterion 8: Evidence of institutional certification of successful assessment in medication management, including administration of medicines, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.
Even if you did satisfy 2 of them, magkukulang pa din talaga. As you all know, kailangan naten masatisfy all the 8 criterias (pls see link). So hindi na ko masyado nag spend ng time going to CHED kasi ma rerefuse naman talaga ang registration.
Just to add, to this date ang nakakasatisfy lang ng Criteria 2 and 3 are UK, Ireland, Canada, NZ and Belgium.
