plan namin sa melbourne sana.. kaso nagkakaubusan na nga ng slots huhu. hindi naman nila entertain unless may LOE na.. pero may prospect na kami in case dumating na yung LOE (sana 🙂 )

Good day po sa lahat. Ask ko lang po sa pagsend po ng mga documents to ahpra via mail need ba syang ilagay sa envelope? May specific envelope ba kung san dapat nakalagay qng papers? Salamat po.

@nanurze Nung unang submission ko prior to BP since via courier naka-folder at may markers pa per document... pa-impress sana... haha

nung second submission, pinatanggal na sa folder nung receiving officer sa Sydney.

They will scan the documents anyway and send the scans to the designated RO. As long as they are neatly arranged and complete, that's enough.

Hello po..ask ko lang po paano kung mas naunang dumating yung school docs and cogs sa ahpra kesa sa agos 40 and other documents? magkakaproblema po ba? plan ko po kasi umuwi para magrequest na ng cogs at documents sa school. pero hindi pa po ako complete sa mga requirements sa agos 40 kasi mgrerequest pa din ako ng bagong coe..paano po kaya yun? thank u po..

@iamyourangel08 they will scan and keep the documents on file and will merge them with your other documents as they arrive. Usually advisable talaga na paunahin ang COGS lalo na pag galing sa Middle Eastern countries kung saan pahirapan (in my experience) ang pagkuha at pagpapadala ng mga COGS.

Good day po sa lahat. Ask ko lang po sa AHPRA application po ba kailangan din meron Job description and Letter of Recommendation from previous employers na nakaletterhead aside sa certificate of employment? Thank you

@nanurze Ang nakalagay na requirement sa AGOS-40 form ay Experience Certificate o Employment Certificate lang pero may mga instances na di naglalagay ng details like job description at no of hours ang employer kaya to supplement kumukuha ng recommendation letters from supervisors or Chief Nurse.

As a suggestion, since you will be needing that certificate after BP for ANMAC assessment and eventual visa processing, gayahin mo na ang ANMAC format. Will save you time and effort and money specially kung malayo sayo ang past work mo. At kung di naman kalabisan, make separate copies of the same addressed to AHPRA, ANMAC and Department of Home Affairs.

Also this early have your documents scanned and be sure to keep backup copies and backup copies of copies in a safe and secure place. AHPRA kasi requires paper submissions of certified true copies, ANMAC requires online submission of colored scans of originals at 600 dpi resolution or certified true copies if from photocopies or b/w documents. DHA requires colored scans of certified true copies of documents but not exceeding 5mb per document type.

In my situation po kasi, I've worked as a nurse for 5 years sa Kuwait. I was advised by my friend who's already in Au also to secure these papers (job desc, rec letter and cert of employment in separate pages) the problem is magulo po kausap ang mga Arabo. I tried to explain this and that pero ayaw nilang magrelease ng rec letter and job desc pero they gave me cert of employment. Pinarevise ko na lang at pinakiusapan kong istate dun na FULL TIME nurse ako and working this number of hours per week, the date of entire employment.

So for now, ito lang talaga hawak ko from my previous employer. Yung detailed job desc.

@cucci meron po ba kayong list of req'ts for ANMAC so I can prepare kht to early pa. Check2 ko lang mga kulang.

@nanurze that's sad kasi pagdating sa ANMAC very important ang details ng professional reference letter... it should come from your direct supervisor... HR provides the employment certification pero yung professional reference must come from a fellow nurse kse nurse ka. Madali lang yung sa akin kse pinay din ang chief nurse namin... nakailang ulit nga akong request kasi di ko agad ginamit ang format ng ANMAC. Based on the form ng modified assessment sa ANMAC, eto po requirements: https://www.anmac.org.au/skilled-migration-services/modified-skills-assessment 1. Proof of Identity - passport 2. Educational Qualifications - Diploma, TOR 3. Registrations - COGS ( to be sent via email or post directly from regulatory agency where you have been registered 4. Work Experience Certificates - CoE and Professional References

@nanurze nga pala... di ko sure at di ko maalala kung saan ko nabasa pero pahirapan ding kumuha ng police clearance certificates sa Kuwait? Parang dito din sa forum... I hope you were able to secure one bago ka umalis. Medyo di pa naman maganda ang relations ng Pinas at Kuwait ngayon dahil sa total deployment ban na in-issue ng DOLE. Requirement kasi sa processing ng working or pr visa mo later. At least kung meron na pwede ka nang mag StatDec as proof of character.
