@greatsoul @auitdreamer My wife's situation might be different than yours. Kase 2 school nya University 1 and University 2. Naisip ko nde nga pala sya under sa item na ito:

"you have completed all years of primary education and at least three years of <b class="Bold">secondary

education</b> at educational institutions in which all instruction was conducted in English"

Since wala syang certificate ng Primary at Secondary na English ang medium of instruction, dito sya babagsak sa requirement na:

"you hold an award (being a degree, higher degree, diploma or trade certificate) that

required at least two years of full-time study or training and all instruction <b class="Bold">(including

instruction received in other courses for which you were allowed credit)</b> for that award

was conducted in English"

Based on the highlighted words, I assume na dapat me certificate din sya sa University 1 and not only University 2. Tama po ba analysis ko? Hay...

@auitdreamer naku ayaw ko guluhin utak mo ha.. pero yan lang ginawa ko as per my experience... kasi talagang di rin ako makatulog kakaisip dun sa Blank na yun, although sinagutan ko naman kasi dati un nung nag lodge ako ng visa.

antay lang din tayo ng feedback ng ibang nakaranas neto... pasensya na po....

@romel78 Naconfuse ako. So nag aral sa University1 and Uni2 yung wife mo. Pero ang naprovide mo lang is yung certificate for Uni2. If di aabot ng 2 years full time study yung Uni2, then yes, you need to provide certificate for Uni1, as well.

Sa EA and EOI ng husband ko wala syang nilagay na middle name sa application. Pati ung sa medical namin walang middle name. Should we be consistent with not putting all our middle names na lang? May mga ganitong cases ba? Or should we put our middle names dito sa visa application?

@FireBREATHER check ko sana yung akin pero di ko na maaccess yung application sa immiaccount. Pero parang wala akong napansin na may mali o blank na answer dati. Kung meron man malamang naparanoid na ko haha

@towbee base sa mga nabasa ko dito di naman sila strict kung may middle name o wala. Pwede ka maglagay ng middle sa application kahit wala sa EOI.

Thankyou @greatsoul! Baka ang gawin narin namin is ituloytuloy na rin namin ang no middle name para consistent from the start. Sana naman walang prob like yours🙂

@romel78 similar case yung wife natin, bale 2 yung uni nya, lumipat kasi after 1 1/2 year. ang ginawa namin para sure is kumuha ng CEMI sa both Uni and upload ko na lang pareho paglodge namin next week. hopefully tangapin yun. Good Luck sayo bro.

@auitdreamer Tama ka. My wife studied in both Uni1 and Uni2 to get her Degree. However, even if she studied in Uni2 for three years, there is still that supposed requirement na "and all instruction (including

Based on my limited grammatical understanding (I'm not a grammar expert :-D), since there is a conjunction in this statement, the first and second phrase should be satisfied before the whole statement can be considered true. Natatawa na lang ako kc pati grammatical structure ng statement nila kelangan intindihin mabuti. hehehe. Hay naku...
