hi all! baka po may nakakaalam kung pano mag check online ng status sa EOI. meron po kasi nakapagbanggit na hindi sila nakakuha ng notification sa email pro nakita online na may invitation to apply na sila under sa EOI. baka po merong naka experience pa nito, pashare naman po ng process. thanks po! 🙂

sa experience ko may invite ako nareceive through email. try to check din ung spam kasi minsan dun napupunta. Login ka lang sa EOI site and makikita mo ung status "INVITED" sa upper right.

You will be notified via email if you have received an Invitation and the full invitation will be in your correspondence tab in SkillSelect. To view your invitation:

Go to the Correspondence page in your SkillSelect profile
You will find three types of correspondence options
Click the “Invitations” option, your invitation will be in the form of a PDF
The Contacts option will contain any contact you may receive from an interested employer or State or Territory Government
DIAC Correspondence will contain any contacts from departmental officers

Hello. ok lang po ba magfile ng EOI with 60 pts without claiming points for work exp? bale age, educ at ielts ang source of points. less than 3 yrs kasi ang natira sa work exp after deduction ng ACS. pls help po may ganitong scenario din.

at saka gaano kabilis mainvite pag 60pts? within 2 weeks ba?

very interesting yung question.. intay tayo ng mga guru dito to answer it...

doon na lang ako sa 2nd question.. with regards to how long ma invite ang mga 60 pts... depende yan sa mga score ng mga tao nag submit ng EOI na ahead sa yo.... in my case before.. it took me around 3 months bago ako ma invite..super swerte mo na pag na invite within two weeks with 60 pts and IT pa ang nominated profession mo..

@multitasking Sana maraming members dito sa forum na naglalagay ng points sa timeline. May ginather ako na data from members dito kun gaano katagal from EOI lodgement to invitation to lodge visa and from lodging visa to visa grant. Ngayon ko lang nalaman na pag 60 points pala is nasa 3months din ang waiting time lalo nat IT position. Thanks for sharing the info. :-)

Basta maiinvite naman kahit matagal?

nakikita ko kasi like nung May 26 round, ang visa effect date is 30/04/2014. so bale nagfile sila ng eoi ng april tapos nainvite na. Ganun po ba yun?

Definitely yes.. That is why you have the eoi points system.. You can get points from different categories.. You will be able to submit as long as you have the minimum required 60 eoi pts..

@lock_code2004 thanks po sa reply. sorry kung makulit ha. di ba makaapekto yun sa pagdedecide ng CO na wala akong work exp na nafile? basta assessed as suitable ng ACS?

@familiaC, I think it should be ok as long as you have more 60 or more points AND your skill is in the SOL list. Since your skill is in both SOL and CSOL, it should be ok 🙂 Good luck!

@bookworm hello. thanks. iniisip ko kasi kung magpareview pa ba ako sa ACS para maqualify itong current job ko or rely na lang sa ielts.

1 week pa lang naman since lumabas result ko. i still have time.

ACS suitable result for your current work (analyst programmer) but since it had to remove the 2 years, 0 yung work experience, tama ba?

I think it should be ok, as long as pasok ka sa 60 points sabi naman ng ACS na suitable ang work mo sa title mo.

Although....di ka pa nagpa IELTS? Mahirap makakuha ng mataas sa IELTS, if you are relying only on that to get the 20(?) points.

@bookworm yup tama ka. Acs suitabke result pero 27 mnths na lng natira sa work exp ko after ng deduction so less than 3 yrs yun. kaya iniisip ko magpareview para makasubmit ng mas malinaw na job desc para sa current job ko. at ng maqualify.

sa july 19 ang ielts exam ko.

@lock_code2004 ah I understand na, as long na suitable ang Skill Assessment result, no problem kahit walang ma claim na work experience. I think ACS pa lang ang assessing body na walang mac claim na employment points kasi nga nagbabawas sila ng minimum 2 yrs sa work experience.

Ah ok, hinanap kpo kasi ang thread na Ito napunta ako doon sa thread #1 akala ko putol na thread. Hindi pala kmi pwede sa SA sponsorship Kasi "special conditions apply" meaning for Australian student applicants only. Dami nmang state sponsorship na mag o-open so wait na lang. Sa CSOL lang po listed nominated occupation ni hubby 262113 Systems Admin. Anyway IELTS pa lang po kmi. Yun po kasing ACS skills assessment ni hubby nag determined kung ilang points na kmi so na estimate ko na 60 pointers kmi nag fall. Mag effort lang sa IELTS.
