Hello po! Saan po ba makikita ang HAP ID after ng medical? Nawala ko kasi yung letter hindi ko na alam alin dito ang HAP ID ko. Hahanapin pala if maglolodge na. Haaayyy...

@joyee , mag log in ka sa immiaccount > List Of Applications > My Health Declarations , sa gilid nun may reference number EGXXXXXXX , then makita mo na mga applicants, click view health assessment , makikita mo na HAP ID..

Yung ba yung naka "(xxxx)" na number katabi ng health clearance? 🙁 di ko kasi nacopy tapos tinapon ko na yung photocopy ko ng letter. Ang nakikita ko lang kasi sa pdf file ay TRN number.

@joyee , yung na mention ko na "EGXXXXXXXX" eh yan yung TRN ng My Health Delarations na ginawa mo, pag ni click mo yan, lalabas yung name ng applicant/s, then click mo yung "View Health Assessment" then makita mo status ex.

" Health clearance provided-no action required ( 10XXXXXX ) <---- eto yung HAP ID

Then pag nakita mo na HAP ID mo, you can check the status dito ( Complete / Incomplete / Required )

Hi, ask ko lang sa PDOS, kung anong ilalagay sa "How are you related to your petitioner/sponsor?". Permanent resident po kami and ako yung Main applicant sa amin. Salamat.

Peeps .. tanong ko na rin here... nag email na po and nagrequest ng form 80.. dun sa form nakalagay po ito: All educational history including primary, secondary and tertiary education - include the dates, name and address of institution, country and name of course for each course you are attending, have completed or have withdrawn from. You must indicate all activity during the period between the completion of your studies and your examination. Nilagay niyo pa po ba ung elementary at highschool sa portion na to.. hope you guys can advise.. salamat :)

@eujin , sa dependent ko yan mga nasubmit ko plus Cert of English as medium of instruction.

@eujin, forgot to mention, nasubmit ko yan as proof of English proficiency ng dependent, if may ielts naman dependent mo (atleast 5.5 yata all bands ) oks na ielts score test result isubmit..

@mistervirata nung nagpa medical ka sa SLEC, sinabi sayo agad na may findings sa xray? Or naghinty ka pa ng ilang days? Iniisip ko lang kasi kung ba walang sinabi na findings nun araw na yun, safe to assume ba na walang issues? Iniisip ko kasi kung sa slec ko na lang pa medical mga dependents ko since dun, may parking. San Ba parking sa nationwide?

@Ozlaz Hi bro. Sinabi agad the same day. Pero bro, alam mo naman experience ko sa SLEC. May significant suspicious findings silang nakita sa xray ko but when I tried in Nationwide, clear yung xray ko. Kay nationwide yung inattach ko sa visa application ko, ayun, may medical clearance na ako kahapon.
