clarify ko lang 929 is for change of passport details, tama ba ako? Kasi dun sa ecom site upper left di ba may options dun clinick ko yung change of passport tapos ang lumabas na form ay yung 1022 kaya yun ang form na finill upan ko para ma update yung details ko sa bagong passport ko.

Tungkol naman po dun sa defacto wrong declaration ko, pwede kaya sa form 80 ko nalang e change tapos email ko si CO that I misinterpreted it?. Anyway, hinihingan din naman po ako ni CO ulit nuong 80 bec need I need to answer daw Q46. Salamat again 🙂

You still have to fill-up the form 1022. As their procedure states, any changes in circumstances you have to notify the department by submitting form 1022. Den u have to indicate ur reason na lg sa CO mo na na mis interpret mo ang meaning ng de facto dat's y u are changing ur status..
