Adding Secondary Applicants (Married/De-Facto/Engaged)

Hope someone helps me yung defacto partner ko was invited for 189 visa, and it was lodged last Sep 14 (paid at 3600aud).

tanong ko lang po kasi nakapaglodge na siya ng application 189 visa and nabayaran na niya,eh ngayon lang namin nakita na pwede pala iinclude ako as defacto dependent. akala namen kasi un Partner Visa un only approach, eh pwede rin pala isama na ngayon palang. as of today, wala pa namang Case Officer assigned.

Nilagay pala niya is never married hindi de facto sa application..plan naming fill up yung form form 1022 to correct this information and additionally, form 1436 to add me as secondary applicant, ganito rin ba un ginawa nyo?
Magkano un visa fee mo para sa dependent partner mo? and panu babayaran ito, pede parin ba online or ndi na?

Hi. Just want to ask, if same requirements din sa requirements ng de facto isusubmit ng "Engaged" status? With all the joint accct, statements, etc? Basically, we're not living together kasi.

regardless kung anong visa, if de facto kayo ng partner, need po magbigay ng proof.

@RED Thanks po! 🙂 What if po magpakasal na kami (civil) but since matagal pa release ng wedding cert, ok lang ba na maglodge na kmi ng EOI? Baka kasi mauna pa ung invite before sa papers namin and wala kami mapakitang docs.

Yup ok lang mag eoi na. Pero magpapakita pa din ng proof same as de facto. Maguupdate nalang ng info pag nakasal na. Sa amin nauna grant ng visa, kaya ininform nalang namin si CO regarding sa update ng marital status thru email. Yung wedding cert makukuha naman yun after a week sa city hall, di naman kailangan nso marriage cert.

Is there anyone here na naexperience getting married right before lodging EOI? Pinachange name nyo pa po ba passport ng wife nyo (change surname)? or wala naman problem un in visa application?

regarding sa change name ng passport, nasa inyo po iyon kung gusto nyo papalitan pero not necessary. accepted naman sa philippine law ang hindi pagpalit ng surname ni misis. wala din magiging problema sa application when it comes to passport kung di papalitan.

ganyan mismo nangyari samin 🙂 3 days after ng kasal ako nagsubmit ng EOI, tapos nung maselect na kami, nagchange name si wife... Ok naman siya... Wala rin problem kung di magchange name kasi mahirap ngayon sa Pinas ung schedule ng passport renewal... Pwede naman magrenew kung may visa na kayo.. Nga pala, nagrenew rin si misis kasi magexpire passport niya that time kaya sinabay na yong change name...

@J_Oz ah siguro nga sa pagexpire na lang ng passport nmin pachange name nya. Church or Civil wedding po kayo? Mabilis nyo lang nakuha marriage contract nyo?

@OZwaldCobblepot nag garden kami.. After ma file ung Marriage cert namin sa munisipyo. pinuntahan ko para magrequest ng papa expedite, nakalimutan ko yong term. Pero within 3 1 month ata nakuha ko na yong NSO copy 🙂

Hello! ask ko lang, if civil marriage, enough na ba yung marriage certificate?

Engaged na kasi kami and sa june yung church wedding. But balak ko na sana maglodge ng visa before ako umalis ng SG and magpakasal para sure na makakapunta kami ng au. However, stressful pala pag de facto kami since ldr and wala kaming joint account.

If magpa civil wedding kami dito sa singapore, enough na ba yun? or need na 12months din na kasal before maglodge ng eoi? Thanks in advance! 🙂

yes civil is fine. What anong visa applyan mo? and yung soon-to-be husband eh Filipino din?
