@MayoMay You can still upload those documents mentioned above. That's what we did. So far wala naman tanong si CO sa min for additional docs. I suggest, you create pdf file per document para mas malinaw sa CO at hindi maghalo halo ung supporting docs mo.

Hi @lock_code2004. for my case, I am currently pregnant and emailed immi asking for the necessary steps kasi I got pregnant after visa grant. they did not reply to my email. sa au ko na po plano manganak. the change in circumstance form needs to be filled up after giving birth or before giving birth dapat? andito na po ako au. any repercussions if mali ang process (i.e. hindi ko sila nainform on time). TIA for your advise.

@koykoy tama si @engineer20 If u are a pr, and u give birth in AU, automatic citizen ung baby. But if u give birth outside of Au, that’s the time u need to apply for a child visa subclass 101 para maging PR ung baby.

Thanks po @engineer20 , @Xiaomau82 and @lock_code2004! Pero on a 489 visa po kmi so hndi pa au citizen c baby pag labas. Ok lng po dito manganak ang 489 holder then inform immi and apply/do the necessary paperwork?

Hi all, in my case.. engaged na kami, yung wedding namin sa December na. Ito sana yung mga i-uupload kong proofs:

Marriage license (Kelangan pa ba ipa-CTC? or JPEG image lang ng original pwede na?)
Joint lease agreement sa apartment (we've been living together since October 2014)
Joint account financial standing.
Screenshots ng Facebook Invite ng wedding namin, including yung mga nag confirm na pupunta to proove na hindi bogus event.
Pre-wedding seminar confirmation schedule
Flight tickets from past trips

Are these enough proof? Iniiwasan ko kasi na kumuha pa ng statutory declaration dahil hassle yun eh. Sana may makapag advice. Thanks!

@tor wala naman syang eksaktong format talaga. Pwede mong gayahin yung format ng statutory declaration. Basta ang importante is may pirma ng friend mo at yung attorney na magcecertify ng statutory declaration.

Hi all. Hingi lang po ako opinyon about this: if you married (civil wedding) before lodging visa (e.g. 189) application with partner as secondary applicant but still don't have NSO copy of marriage certificate, should you declare your status as de facto or married? TIA 🙂
