Possible po ba na multiple EOI na yung isa isasama ko yung de facto partner and yung isa hindi? Kasi nabasa ko dito affected ng de facto partner yung invite/grant if hindi masyadong strong yung evidences.

Guys.. anu ba ina upload nyo sa (Member of Family Unit, Evidence of) for dependents? if defacto kayo? can we leave it blank since we already uploaded our relationship evidence?

Hello po mga kapatid :-) Sino po dito yung ikinasal while waiting for the ITA? or sino po sa inyo ang may idea kung okay lang po ba na "Certified True Copy of Marriage Certificate" from Local Civil Registrar yung e su-submit upon lodging visa 189/190? Kasi 1 to 3 months pa po bago makuha yung PSA copy, baka matagalan sa visa lodging :-(

@karlboy in support of de facto relationship po ba? If parents are Australian citizens or PRs, use Form 888. https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/form-listing/forms/888.pdf Otherwise use affidavit format using the form 888 for what to put in the affidavit.

Guys we need some advice regarding our 190 app.. My partner (defacto) is the Main applicant, we both have a child from our previous relationship. The problem is she cannot secure the consent for her daughter from her ex husband for some "ampalaya reason". so she opted to file a custody case in court which will take maybe a year or more. We have until July 20 to lodge our Visa everything's ready naman na sana..

Our question is how can we proceed with the lodging? we should include her in migrating member? or in the non migrating member? while waiting for the court decision.. TIA guys.

@cres_rod I would go with proceeding with the lodging and just wait for the court decision regarding your partner's child. After which she can file for a child visa (subclass 101) when she gets a favorable decision from the Ph court. How old is the child/dependent, btw?

Thanks po! Although with the changed in points sa 189 and 489 baka di na lang sumama si partner kasi ang taas na ng minimum points na kinoconsider nila for pro rata skills 🙁

@karlboy Ikaw naman ang main applicant, right? If you have the points and your partner does not, all the more na mas mainam na isabay mo na sya sa application rather than have your partner process on her own. The point-system does not apply to dependents of the main applicant.

@cres_rod Medyo tricky kasi nga the intention in there but hampered by the outcome of the court proceedings. Di rin ako sure kung pag sinabi na "non-migrating" eh ang consideration is the present application or it includes the future. Perhaps meron ibang makapag-share who has undergone the same dilemma.

Yup ako po yung main applicant, kaso yung points ko is kulang doon sa required points dahil sa nominated skill pro rata doon po sa link 90 pts na kasi for 189 and 85pts for 489. Baka antayin na lang namin yung November na if single applicant +10 points para umabot ako sa points.

Hello I’ll be soon applying for my 476 visa. Na raise ko na ‘tong concern ko sa kabilang thread pero gusto ko lang malaman kumusta yung mga sinama yung de facto nila sa application kahit hindi na satisfied yung living together? Natatakot kasi ako baka kapag dineclare ko na de facto si gf tapos ma insufficient evidence for de facto ay ma reject din ako 🙁

@snowpy00 I would suggest na i-process mo na muna ang application mo at sunod na lang si gf as subsequent entrant.

@cucci bali hindi limited yung subsequent entrant sa family under 476? Sa application ko should I put her as my de facto pero not travelling with me muna?
