We are looking for a housemate. Details below:

7-10mins WALK to Watergardens Station which is 30mins away from Melbourne CBD. During morning and afternoon peak hours express train services, it will only take 10-15mins.
10mins walk going to shopping centre (with Coles and Woolies, Please see attached photo), Catholic Church, Medical Clinic, 2 stations away to St. Albans (Asian palengke where you can buy mas murang food) etc
Room has 1 queen-sized bed and a built-in wardrobe with full-body sized vanity mirror
You'll have your own eating and cooking utensils
Pet Free and non-smoking housemates
Free Wi-Fi
Rent per week is at 150AUD inclusive of utility bills
