@RobertSG - make sure you request the Indian lady that you pick up your PCC; mas mabilis ito as you just need to scan and send rather than then posting it which could take more than a week.
Passport, Pic, Work Pass, and Proof of your first entry date in Singapore (immigration stamp) plus fee - this is all you need! 🙂
