Mga bossing, nakuha po namin ang approval sa State sponsorship today and sent the signed State Sponsorship agreement na. Sa excitement naipadala ko na agad ang agreement, ngayon ko lang naalala na ang IELTS ng spouse ko ay sa 27 April pa and will get the results by 13 May. Kung ma invite po kami ng DIAC, required na din po ba ang result ng IELTS ng spouse ko or pwede muna namin i submit ang resibo ng exam schedule niya kapag nag lodge kami ng visa?

@GoToWaOZ - i think ikaw din yung nag ask about english language requirement for secondary applicants.. and i replied that they can provide "Cert of English language as medium of instruction" from their college... yun eh kung kaya nyo pang kmuha nito (time issues).

otherwise, kung kailangan nya talga ng IELTS, at nainvite kayo tom March 14, you have 60 days to lodge your application, so abot ba ang results ng ielts sa May 13th.

No, the receipt is not acceptable, it has to be the result at the time of visa application.

@lock_code2004 - korek boss, ako din nga yun. nag opt nga kami na mag register na din sa ielts since baka kailanganin din ni spouse in the future for jobs/training. Ayun na nga bossing, since the SS WA came earlier than expected (which is great news), medyo na alanganin ang schedule. pati yung sa Points test advice nagpa urgent request na din ako sa vetassess (hopefully mapagbigyan).

Anyway, ang 60th day to lodge the visa is 12 May...ang result ng ielts will be only be on 13 May. I'll need to ask for an extension for the visa application, kung pwede ba yun.

by the way, yung sa SS WA, nakalagay din that their offer will expire in 28 days from the date of the email. Same expiry period po ba yun even though na accept na ang offer? If yes, kailangan ko din humingi ng extension.

bale wala na ung 28 days expiry from SS WA.. sana na-maximized mo yun kung hindi mo pa nasubmit yung signed acknowledgement form to WA..
definitely walang extension sa mga due dates.. mag e-expire ang 190 visa invitation mo pag hindi ka nag lodge ng visa application after 60 days (May 12)..
i dont think kailangan ng secondary applicants ng IELTS sa paghanap ng work unless requirement for professional registration (ex yung mga tipong nurses, cpa..etc)..
at this point, pwede ka naman na mag lodge ng application (para umaandar na ang time ng visa application mo for CO allocation)
tapos later na lang i-attach ang proof of english requirements ng secondary... what you can do is get that english cert from wife's school para ma-iattach nyo before May 12th or saka na lang i-attach ang IELTS sa March13..

*I read again the requirements, at ang nakalagay lang na "IELTS at the time of visa invitation" is for principal applicant, kasi nya you are claiming points for it.. Also, meron dito isang applicant dati na nag-lodge na ng visa pero walang proof of english requirements ang secondary, kaya hiningan sila ng CO ng additional payment para sa mga dependents na walang functional english level (4000aud)... pero after nya mabasa dito sa forum, kmuha lang sila ng certs of english from school, ayun visa grant after..

so my point is, pwede naman pala kahit wala pa ang English requirements for secondary at the time of visa invitation/application, assuming hindi kayo magclaim ng partner's skill points..

@lock_code2004 - Thank you so much for bringing up the precedent case....we are not claiming partner points po....magpapakuha na kmi ng certificate from the school along, meantime na naghihintay din naman ng Points test advice. worse case na di umabot sa 60th day ang certificate, i lodge ko na ang visa at to follow na ang ielts result ni spouse. hopefully mid April lumabas na sa vetassess ang advice.

Nga pala boss amo manager, may nabasa ako about points advise yung iba kumuha nun, kelangan ko pa ba un?

kakacheck ko lang knina umaga wala pa. then after lunch meron na agad.

nagbunga ang araw araw kong pag check ng email hehe

@lock_code2004, dun sa request checklist, ang nakalagay na hinihingi eh yung Police Clearance. Ibig sabihin po ba nito, okay na lahat ng submitted documents namin at pati ang Medicals namin ay finalized na? NBI na lang po talaga ang kulang?

thanks sis @abc27. ayusin ko yung sa NBI ni hubby. Ippresent ko daw yung DOST clearance ulit. sabi ko kasi tagal na sya cleared tapos may hit pa rin. sana maayos na di na ako makaantay ng April 4 hehe

@Peach17 if may copy ka nung final clearance sis dalhin mo na lang sa main office para mas mabilis. Yey, lapit ka na sa finish line sis 😉

sis @abc27, iba iba pa ba yung clearance from DOST? pano ko malaman na ito na yung Final Clearance? ang nandito lang sa amin yung clearance stating na pwede na sya idelete sa database ng NBI, DFA, etc. eto na ba yun sis?

@peach17 I think yan yun sis. certification siya stating na cleared na siya of his obligations and pwede na ma-delete sa watchlist ng dfa, nbi, immig.

@lock_code2004 Pasensya na sir... at the moment naghihintay pa din kami ng Points Test Advice pero nagpa Urgent request na po, hopefully by mid April lumabas ba result. It is best po na hintayin ang result ng Points Test Advice before i lodge ang visa 190, di po ba?
