Wala naman sya sakit never naman nadiagnosed pero when he was a baby hanggang 4yo. Ubuin sya, sakitin ba. My isa pa kasi kaming rason kung bakit, nag aaral sya kasi sa boarding school(The Sisters of Mary Schools, Boystown Silang Cavite) where in my scheduled 2 weeks vacation lang sila to come out 1's a year. When he took the xray test nagkataon na bakasyon nya nitong february lang. Ngayon nakabalik na sya at medyo alanganin na dahil baka matanggal sya sa school, at tsaka if ever they let me take him out for the test for sputum for 3 consecutive days sobrang layo ng Cavite. But if yun lang ang magiging solusyon i wont mind basta payagan lang sya ng school at wag sya matnggal. Advise ng agent(not MARA recommended lang by a friend)namin email the CO if we can withdraw ask for opinion lang ba but not request. Then ang idadahilan namin ay my stepson is not dependent to me (i'm the primary applicant)kasi he is enrolled in a school that provides everything, clothing, food, shelter, medical care and good quality secondary education all free of charge. I have sent the email to CO last night already. Sana the email won't cause us trouble, sobrang depressing dahil para bang 99% we're done na sumabit pa..</blockquote>
that's a correct and right advise in my opinion, u can seek advise from the case officer and explain the situation. however if the CO insist na mag medical sia, u cannot opt to withdraw his application as a non-migrating dependent.
