If complete n ung sinubmit mo na requirements like medical history ok n un, before ntatakot rin ako bka sputum which takes 3mons to be finalized...ganyan din sinabi ni slec skin, c global health mgdecide f mg sputum pa. Pero hnd nmn after 6 weeks ngpafill up n sila ng form 815 tas kinabukasan visa grant na.regarding s scar hnd ko alam, mga doc at med personnel lng nkakabasa nun🙂 think positive malapit n rin grant mo😃</blockquote>

Paano ba fill up at process tong form 815 Health undertaking? Binigay kasi to ng CO sa akin kasabay ng Visa grant. signed ko lang ba, scanned then send ko na ulit, or pagdating ko australia pa check up ako then saka ko forward sa CO?

Tapos ung HAP ID (for office use), clinic magfillup nun ba?

Sir, hiningian ka po ng additional test dahil sa high BP? Nagpamedical kmi kahapon and mataas ung BP ni hubby plus mejo overweight..waaahh, mukhang nanganganib din kmi n marefer sa MOC..huhuh

Hindi na, pero during the exam pina add na ng doctor ang creatinine test sa blood test

Kung di naman obese masyado no prob yong overweight, hubby ko nga overweight din siya eh pero di naman considered as obese sa guidance ng panel physician handbook

@chicagobohol ang pinaadd lng na test kay hubby is for hepa b and c, nagdeclare kasi xa ng blood transfusion nung naconfine xa dahil sa dengue..pero tests para sa high BP walang nabanggit..if you dont mind, itatanong ku sana kung anong BP mo nung nagmedical ka? Si hubby kasi is 140/100, 130/100..

Actually hindi sinabi ng doctor sa ami n kung ano basta sabi lang niya mataas daw then i told him na an hour before kami pumunta sa clinic i took a bp of my husband which was 137/87. He took down that bp but still requested for the creatinine test.

Yong sa akin hindi naman mataas ang bp ko at that time pero i declared kasi na i do have prescription for high blood

Recent lang ba yong blood transfusion ng hubby mo? Ako kasi di ko na binanggit yong sa akin. I had a blood transfusion noong 2005 tapos ok naman ang mga annual exam ko

2008 p ung blood transfusion nya..sana pla di n din namin dineclare..nasingil pa tuloy kami..ahaha..another question pla, kapag ba "no health examination required.." ung nagappear sa evisa, ibig sabihin b nun nareview n ng DIBP ung result and clear na ung medical? Yan n kasi nakalagay kay hubby and baby eh, tapos ung saken ang status is submitted na daw kay DIBP..

Sa amin ganun din kahit yong mga anak koy din naman na refer, no health examination required pero ang status requested pa din, then later CO informed me na referred to MOC ang medicals namin ng asawa ko

Hi @chicagobohol, kamusta yung referral niyo sa MOC? meron na bang result? na-refer din kasi ako noong March. nakaka-windang lang maghintay. hindi ko alam kung dapat bang maghanap nalang muna ng work or tiisin na ito hanggang dumating. :/

alam niyo ba kung kailangang ulitin ang pag submit ng ibang requirements dahil na refer ang medicals tapos na expire na ang validity ng ibang requirements katulad ng IELTS or police clearance?

@belovedanton in our case, we submitted 2007 ielts results when we lodged our application in 2008. Nung na-grant ang visa namin in April 2013, hindi na humingi ng bagong ielts results ang CO namin. I think hindi na din hihingi ng bagong ielts kahit mag-expire yung sa inyo. Pero, yung police clearance malamang hihingan kayo ng bago kung nag-expire na.

we're in the same boat on "medicals referred", particularly my daughter. Nagpa panel na kami ulit during Typhoon Glenda week at na provide na updated results by 19 July. Gaano po katagal ito usually bago sila magrespond or magbigay ng update? Mapapabilis ba processing nila kung kulit-kulitin ko?

I hope someone from this discussion will be able to answer my query. We received an email from BUPA/MOC for repeat laboratory tests after 3 months (which is Feb 2016). Once ma-submit yung required tests gaano katagal bago kayo na clear and nakareceive ng visa? We are a family of 5 the rest of our family ito na ang nakalagay sa Health assessment

hi po baka po may naka encounter na sa inyo ng case ko regarding my medical worried lang po ako kasi sa case namin ng husband ko pareho po kasi kami may history ng PTB siya 1997 pa and ako naman po ay nagkaroon 2005 pareho po kami nagtake ng 6months medications and nirequire padin po kami ng MOC na mag sputum. Pareho po kami nag negative sa Sputum and negative din po sa Culture kaso ito ang issue namin nag repeat Xray yun husband ko January 8, 2016 ako naman January 18, 2016 yun sa husband ko no changes sa Xray yun sa akin po sabi ng Doctor na nag evaluate sakin lumiit daw un scars sa lungs ko. Tinanong niya ako kung may ininom daw ako gamot sabi ko meron gamot sa sipon at ubo kasi uso ngayon saka naalala ko nag antibiotic pala ako Cefixime for 1 week para sa UTI ko. Till now waiting pa kami sa reply ng MOC till now wala pa status change sa Medical ng husband ko and sabi ng Doctor mag wait daw ng instructions sa MOC kung mag take pa ako ng medication na hindi niya sure since nagtake ako ng medication nun 2005 or mag repeat ng Xray after ilang months or may further test pa na gagawin. After ba ng Sputum and Culture anu next step to verify if active tb or inactive na? Hoping and Praying for Miracle.

Sputum Nov. 10-12, 2015 Results Negative

Culture Jan. 13, 2016 Negative

Repeat Xray after 3 months -- lumiit daw yun scars huhuhu
