^^ i
hey guys..sa Linkedin paano niyo na mention na PR kayo?
tsaka sa resume yung 189/190 visa holder lng ba binanggit nyo?
ok din na banggitin pasado sa IELTS diba?
hope to get feedback about these.

Regarding visa status sa Linkedin, what i did is nilagay ko sya sa profile ko sa unahan ng "summary". I know someone na nilagay sya mismo after ng name, para makita agad siguro ng headhunters/ recruiter. Ako nilagay ko lang is "holds australian permanent visa 189 which give me rights to live and work anywhere in australia". basta importante ma emphasize kasi major requirements un lalong lalo na sa mga headhunters.
Sa ngaun dahil magulo pa isip ko hindi pa ako nagsusubmit ng job applications. but im planning to send messages personally sa mga linkedin account connections ko na recruiters sa australia to get advise and help before ako mag move sa Australia.
Usually, you can search sa seek, then makikita mo who posted the job. Most likely, that person have linkedin account. Also, the connections/ friends ng particular headhunters connection sa mo sa linkedin are also recruiters din and/or within their circle. Sila sila din minsan nag coconnect mapapansin mo yan minsan mga direct recruiters/ HR ng client Companies nila.
Mas ok kasi sa linkedin mas personal, like social media. I've got lot of calls/ potential opportunities through linkedin and monster talaga. Its a good networking sites. I know a lot of people na nakakuha ng jobs through referrals jan sa site na yan as compared to randomly sending resumes sa job sites. maybe because of filtering and thousands are submitting for same position, while sa linkedin medyo personal and dating.
I dont think important na banggitin pa ang IELTS.
