Married But Has Not Lived Together

Magandang araw po sa lahat,

Balak ko pong mg-apply ng subclass 189. Based po sa website ng DIBP, pwdeng isama ang married partner. Married po ako since 2014 pero di pa kami nag-sama ng Mrs ko kasi ngtatrabaho ako abroad. Isa sa mga requirement para maisama ko sa application si Mrs ay: "<i class="Italic">you live together, or do not live separately on a permanent basis</i>".

Tanong ko po:

Enough na po ba ang Marriage Certificate na katibayan na asawa ko sya at pwdeng ko syang isama sa application ?
Kung "No" ang sagot sa unang tanong, may requirement po ba na <b class="Bold">ilang buwan or taon</b> kmi "living together" para maisama ko sya sa application? Kagaya ng De Facto partner, may requirement na at least 6 to 12 months na "living together". May requirement din po ba na ganito sa legally married kagaya ko?

I have a friend who got married and went back to sydney immediately after their wedding. They have not lived together technically. In the form questionnaire you just have to state in detail why you are temporarily separated. And that your long term plan is to eventually settle down in oz.

I think mas important yung other supporting documents like photos together, history of relationship, chat and phone bills, witness statements, joint property and bank account to show that you are in genuine relationship.

@onioncube thank you so much. I was quite worried that my wife and I are not meeting the clause: "you live together, or do not live separately on a permanent basis". Now, I am quite confident that I can migrate together with my family.

@CHARM0807 , approved naman po ang Visa 189. Hindi as higpit ang Aus as NZ (I got declined because of the "living together" clause when I applied sa NZ)

Hi parang same din samin ng husband ko magkahiwalay kami house pero same kami nsa pinas nsa akin anak ko sya nkatira sa parents nya kc binabantayan nya magkaiba address namen ok lng po kaya yun di kya magkakaprob pag lodge namen visa next month..
