I would just like to know if you have experienced lodging a subsequent entrant visa subclass 500?

What is the needed evidences in lodging this kind of visa?

Was it a DIY or an Agency Based Application?

If DIY, how did you do it?
If agency, under what agency did you lodge your visa?

Hope anyone can share their experiences. Or if you have also queries regarding this matter please feel free to post it.

From my personal experience:

I have lodge a student visa subclass 573 then included my de facto partner. But because of that we were both interviewed by the embassy and after 3 months of waiting we got denied but it was due to GTE reasons (sabi daw nung CO konti lng daw nalalaman ko about my uni and australia but the de facto was okay sana).

So I lodged again this time student visa subclass 500 na. The agent suggested huwag na isama yung partner ko so ma assured muna ako ng visa then I can include him after I got my own visa. So I just included him under non-flying family member. After 4weeks I got my visa!

I am already here in Melbourne Australia (Feb Intake) and now I want him to go here with me as previously planned. Kaso I am not sure if I want to engage with the same agency since ang mahal ng singil nila.

I already have my defacto evidences like:

2 Joint Bank Accounts (2 years)

Joint Gym membership

Local Authority registration under the same address(cedula, brgy clearance, nbi, police checks)

Rental Agreement

Travel tickets

Letters from each other

Photos

Stat dec from family and friends

Proof of communication with each other (VIBER, imessage, skype)

GTE statement nung partner ko (why he wants to join me in OZ)

I was thinking if I need to look for another agency or mag DIY nalang? What other evidences I might be lacking na makakatulong.

@Oslek hello po eto po yung concern ko pwde niyo po ba ma check if may kulang pa sa mga evidences ko? Natatakot kasi ako baka ma refuse if mag DIY po ako.

Hello @Rihanna, ito rin path na ginamit ko. I just finished uploading documents sa immigov account ko for my dependants husband and son. So mag one year na issue ng visa ko and saka pa lang ako apply ng visa nila.May hinahabol pa nga ako na date eh, pero DIY lang ako this time but yung student visa ko eh sa agent which is AECC Global Makati. So far ang kulang ko na lang is yung authenticated employee certificate and leave of absence certificate ni husband to support na temporary entrant lang target. Lahat na ng pwedeng i-attached according dun sa checklist na galing sa agent ko ( kase initially ang plan sila mag-aayos kase someone told me online na lang, para mas mabilis daw process) such as :

Enrolment Confirmation for my Child galing sa SA govt.
BUPA Family Coverage upgrade
Certified Authentic Copy passport, birth, marriage cert
Confirmation enrolment ng skul ko at academic transcript from LE CORDON BLEU (Master's Degree)
HAP ID ng Husband and Son ko (Medicals)
GTE Statement ng husband ko ( so to support yan dapat may Employee Certificate and approved leave of absence para nga may dahilan na babalik cia sa Pinas after ng study ko)
Affidavits of financial declaration for our access and financial support ng sponsor ko which is my parents. To support their source of income, I have attached the following:
Bank Certificates with 4.5M PHP and 15,000USD
Business & Mayor's Permit
Annual Tax Return
DTI Cert Evidence of Relationship ko sa Parents: Birth Certificate ko, IDs nila and Affidavits mentioned above. I paid 692AUD for the visa fees 5900AUD for one year skul ng son ko 4550AUD for BUPA Family coverage I will keep you posted sa updates ng application. So far, madaling-araw ko na natapos i-post lahat ng documents needed. Goodluck sa atin!

Hi, just want to ask ano pa po sinubmit nyo na evidence of relationship?? i applied dependent visa and i was refused due to lack of joint account, ownership, same billing add.. we are newly weds kaya wala pa kami joint ownership and di na kami nag live in.. kukuha palang kami joint account. we are planning to apply again but then iniisip ko pa ano pang pwede namin isubmit.. may maadvice pa po ba kayo??

i applied for student visa(i got approved and im already here in OZ like almost 2 weeks na)
i dont have a job yet
i already declared my husband as my dependent
siya yung main sponsor ko aside sa business namin sa pinas
he wants to be with me na in OZ so he resigned his job effective may 13
prepared showmoney 1.5M php for his application

Question ko lang po, do you think it would be complicated for my husband to process his docs? Or like, does he have a chance to get approved? Thanks 🙂 I hope someone could help me with this...

@cookie03 identified na pala missing sa documents needed so iyon ang i-provide mo.

open a joint account, change your billing statements to reflect same address ninyo. yung address naman ung may driver's license kayo, pwedeng parahong address ilagay. As newly weds, matagal makuha ang NSO marriage cert. pero pwedeng trabahuhin yan, dumiretcho ka sa Main office ng NSO para marelease yung in one month. YES. Naku,sana hindi muna mag resign. Alam mo yung GTE right? kase dapat temporary entrant ang students magstay sa australia. kaya nga may statement of purpose para dun nila i-check kong may sense mga documents na sinubmit at claims na temporary lang mga dependants na isasama mo. So paghinigngan cia nag cert.of employee and leave of absence approval, wala ciang ma-ibibigay nyan, at yan ang ties nia sa Pinas na babalik nga dun.Bawal na bawal sabihin na staying for good tayo dito. palaging visit, tour lang ang get to know the australian culture chuva.

kung sasabihin niang business owner, need to submit lahat ng business docs, but I think 1.5M is really small. kase dapat ang computation dun for estimate ng 'funds' yung cost of living multiply by the year intended to stay sa Pinas.

well, you can always pay an Agent to help his application. pero bayad ka ng mhga 10,000pf for the fees. Please find accredited MARA agent for him. I use AECC Global Makati and has Amber Carreon as my agent.

Miss @KrisQ , sa US po siya nag wwork, sa disney cruise ship po. And d po ako sa uni nag sschool kaya d gaano kalaki yung showmoney namin. Yung business namin sa pinas around 1.6M po net annually.

I asked po kc sa mga taong may same experience as me, okay lang naman daw po mg resign yung main sponsor ko kc may showmoney and yung sa business naman po. Then yung properties namin sa pinas pinakita dn namin sa embassy. Plus sahod ko pa here in aus. Pero I dont know 🙁 kc iba nnaman opinion mo po huhuhu kinda confusing na 🙁 may pinoy agent na may office siya sa melbourne, makati and iloilo, i told her about this and all. Sabi niya okay naman po yung situation namin, pero yun nga lang, yung consul parin may final say..

oo, yung may final say sila talaga. If may kulang pang-documents sasabihin naman saiyo. I really think higher funds means secured temporary stay. Ilang days na ba since you lodge the application? kase ang standard service as per Immi website is more than 20days.

Ang weird nga kase yung student visa last year 14 days eh may grant na. basta yung mga sinubmit ko according yan sa checklist ng agent ko and nakuha ko naman mabilis student visa ko. not sure din sa dependents.

1 month from the day IMMI sent an acknowledgement email.

Hi po.. May i ask anong GTE ba ung required for subsequent entrant visa Subclass500.. I mean anong basis nila? Any idea.. Iniisip ko pa kc anong matibay na GTE ang hinahanap for them not to deny visa.. Student visa po ako, i arrived in Australia last April 24 lng.. Im planning to apply my husband to follw me here. I declared him as dependent during my application.. Ng apply kc ako ng student visa na ako lng para daw "di delikado" na ma deny. Ngaun namomroblema ako pano ko sya i-aapply..

and pano po kung nakagawa na nag hap id tapos di pa nakapagpamedical tapos nauna pa yung paglodge kesa magpamedical ka kahit may hap id ka na. hindi po ba magkakaron ng problem dun? thanks po

@don0126 The dependents’ SOP doesn’t need to be long and just needs to discuss the following points:

Why they want to join you in Australia?
What are their planned activities during their stay?
What they plan to do after your studies in Australia?

EH sino ang sponsor nia? kase under student visa application kahit dependants mo dapat may proof of funds. nasa 70,000AUD.

@KrisQ hi! how are you? just wondering lang po about dun sa naka file na leave of absence ng hubby mo. how long un nka state na absence niya? And one more thing po, un 1 year validity ng student visa ko, nakalagay po ba yun sa Immi website or based from ur agent's advice before? thank you!

@justred my husband works in my parent's family business so it was really easy to get the leave of absence. Yung validity ng visa, I think nasa Immi website yun and sinabi din ng friend ko nag-apply ng devependant visa for her son two years ago. Like i always say here sa forum, google is your friend, specially minsan mahirap balikan old post dito.
