guys question Page 15 / previous countries of residence, in and out ang mom ko sa Australia thru visitor visa. Walang 1 year per stay, yung iba around 3 months lang. Need bang ilagay lahat?

@misterV Di naman siguro. Yun yung inadvice ng marami kasi once they see sa resume mo na offshore ka eh di ka na nila pansinin even if you're a visa holder. And it's also recommended that you get a Skype Australia number para they can contact you. I don't see anything wrong with it though. Your choice if you'd like to do the same. 🙂

If you're willing naman to fly in for the interviews then it should be no problem. You don't put din naman the full address. Just the city and zip code is sufficient.

Yeah. AU to replace subclass 457 visa. I hope hindi affected yung mga 189/190 visa applicants. Even US to overhaul their H-1B visa. Though understandable naman since sobrang daming skilled migrant sa country nila. Na abuse kasi yung pag-bigay ng mga visa nito.

Hi yeah I just read about abolishing subclass 457, I think medyo threatened sila sa mga foreign workers dito ngayon..BTW I have a question also,,I'm currently here for my Masteral Coursework, is it possible for me to have my Skills Assessment and Expression of Interest submitted while I'm on a Study Visa? @architin12 yes u can do that. ^^ for as long as pasok yong points mo to apply 189 190 or 489 visa at syempre pasok ang occupation mo sa occupation list nila.

Guys, tanong lang baka may alam about online lodgement. I'm currently uploading documents and my situation is I am the primary applicant, wife is dependent and my child is non-migrating dependent (13 yrs old). My wife is my daughter's step mom, and I am still supporting my child.

Question:

Under Wife (dependent), Meron cya "evidence of custody", sufficient na ba to upload Birth Cert of my daughter or should I also submit Form 1229?
Under my child, meron cya health assessment, is she required to have an health assessment even though she is not migrating with us?
