vk5rsa @Miyawski - sa Doveton area. Malaking tulong if someone just visit the propoerty. Then we can apply for it. Sabi kasi ng agent on the phone nung nakausap namin. Kahit a firend who can check the property pwede na. Malaking hassle kasi to fly just to visit.
