went to melbourne last last week for 4 days sa city lang kami didn't go out of the cbd. pero grabeh sarap ng food trip sa melbourne..very affordable yung food compared to sydney. daming asians in melbourne and it's a very young crowd.. dami din mga parang homeless/ "street" artist along the cbd specially sa swanston/ elizabeth street noh? hehehee!
if suburb bah.. which one is pretty decent pero not pricey? kasi nag river cruise kami sabi nung guide na yung house near the yarra river are worth a million to 8 million aud plus! hahahaha! but there are new condo units within the cbd which are less than 500 thou aud.. which isn't too bad dito sa sydney to find a unit that cost 500 aud you have to ride the train almost an hour away to find such prices.
mas affordable talaga melbourne pero it's much colder than sydney! if PR na kami and God willing everything is good.. i will still consider moving to melbourne..it feels so much like auckland lang.. at home talaga kami dun🙂
